四是要有更深厚的情感连结。上合组织地区有着多元灿烂的文明，不同民族、文化在历史长河中交融汇聚，形成和合共生的生动局面，也为各国推进合作提供了民意支撑。要继续加强文明互鉴和文化交流，不断增进各国人民的相互了解和友谊。

Fourth, efforts to cultivate stronger emotional bonds. Our region is home to diverse and splendid civilizations, where different nations and cultures have interacted and converged with each other throughout the course of history and coexisted in harmony. This has been the source of popular support for cooperation among SCO member states. We need to further promote mutual learning among civilizations and cultural exchanges so as to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the people of SCO member states.

三是坚持开放包容。亚欧大陆孕育了古老文明，引领过东西交融，推动着人类进步。各国人民自古互通有无、取长补短。上海合作组织成员国要在人文交流中相知相亲，在经济合作中鼎力支持，携手打造立己达人、美美与共、和合共生的文明百花园。

Third, we should champion openness and inclusiveness. The vast land of Asia and Europe, a cradle of ancient civilizations where the earliest exchanges between the East and the West took place, has been a driving force behind human progress. Since ancient times, people of different countries have bartered and traded for mutual benefit and learned from each other. SCO member states need to enhance mutual understanding and friendship through people-to-people exchanges, firmly support one another in economic cooperation, and jointly cultivate a garden of civilizations in which all cultures flourish in prosperity and harmony through mutual enlightenment.

三是包容并蓄，促进文明交流互鉴。文明对话既能架起和平友谊的桥梁，也能激发共同发展的智慧。金砖国家有着厚重的历史文化，我们要做文明和合共生的倡导者，呼吁尊重世界文明多样性，努力实现不同文明交相辉映、互促共进。

Third, we should uphold inclusiveness and promote exchange and mutual learning among civilizations. Dialogue between civilizations can build bridges for peace and friendship and inspire wisdom for common development. With rich histories and cultures, BRICS countries should be advocates of harmonious coexistence of civilizations. We need to call for respect for cultural diversity in the world, and work to ensure that different civilizations inspire each other and prosper together.

国际调解院作为国际法治领域的创新之举，在国际关系史上具有重要意义，填补了国际调解领域机制的空白，为完善全球治理提供了重要法治公共产品。调解院的成立践行了《联合国宪章》的宗旨原则，蕴含着和合共生的文明智慧，彰显了兼容并蓄的法治文明。

The International Organization for Mediation is an innovation in international rule of law and has great significance in the history of international relations. It fills the gap for mechanisms in the field of international mediation, and serves as an important public good for the rule of law that contributes to improving global governance. The establishment of the organization practices the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, embodies the wisdom of harmonious coexistence among civilizations, and demonstrates the inclusive spirit of the rule of law.
