二十国集团要做全球贸易治理改革的促进者。应该坚守建设开放型世界经济的初心，促进贸易投资自由化便利化，打造公正、公平、非歧视的贸易投资环境，反对各种形式的保护主义，让合作的桥梁越来越多、小院高墙式的贸易壁垒越来越少。要推动世贸组织争端解决机制恢复正常运转，并将《投资便利化协定》纳入世贸组织规则框架。要维护产业链供应链稳定畅通，反对设置歧视性、排他性规则，避免采取不符合世贸组织规则的市场扭曲措施。

The G20 should be boosters of global trade governance reform. We should stick to the original goal of building an open world economy, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and foster a just, fair and non-discriminatory environment for trade and investment. We should oppose protectionism of all forms, build more bridges of cooperation, and reduce “small yard, high fence” type of trade barriers. We should bring the dispute settlement mechanism of the World Trade Organization (WTO) back to normal operation, and include the Investment Facilitation for Development Agreement in the framework of WTO rules. We should maintain stable and smooth industrial and supply chains, reject discriminatory and exclusive rules, and avoid taking market-distorting measures inconsistent with WTO rules.

中国的平稳发展为当前的动荡世界注入了宝贵的稳定性。作为全球第二大经济体，中国对全球经济增长贡献率连续多年保持在30％左右，一直是世界经济增长的重要引擎。作为世界第二大商品消费市场，中国拥有全球最大规模中等收入群体，持续释放的消费潜力将越来越多的“中国需求”转化为“世界机遇”。中国经济向“新”而行，新技术新产品新业态加速涌现，不断赋能各国共享科技红利。中国坚定维护以规则为基础的多边贸易体制，推动贸易投资自由化便利化，把共同发展的“蛋糕”越做越大。中国践行高水平对外开放承诺，持续营造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，让中国经济每个百分点的增长都为各国企业带来更多利好。

China’s steady growth brings much-needed stability to the volatile world. China, the second largest economy, has remained the key engine contributing around 30 percent to the global economic growth for years running. As the second largest consumer market with the biggest middle-income population, China continues to unlock the potential of consumption, which turns more and more China’s demands into opportunities for the world. As China’s economy is driven by new quality productive forces, new technologies, products and business formats emerge at a faster pace, which help countries share the benefits of technology. China firmly upholds the rules-based multilateral trading regime, advances trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and makes the pie of common development bigger. China honors its commitment to high-standard opening-up and continuously fosters a pro-business environment that is market-oriented, law-based and world-class so as to help foreign businesses benefit more from every percentage point of China’s economic growth.

中国始终倡导建设平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化。中国坚持践行真正的多边主义，推动国际关系的民主化，主张世界各国共同维护《联合国宪章》宗旨和原则，坚持公平正义，建设性参与解决全球和地区热点问题。中国坚持合作共赢，坚定推进自身高质量发展的同时，不断推进高水平对外开放，促进贸易投资自由化便利化，维护全球产供链的稳定畅通。近年来，中国对世界经济增长的年贡献率基本在30%左右，是全球经济增长的最大动力源。

In recent years, China has been the largest driving force for global economic growth with its contribution to it at around 30 percent over the years.

Free trade is an essential condition for world economy to grow. The ultimate goal of free trade is to achieve mutually benefitial result and common development. Engaging in protectionism and building “small yard, high fence” seriously disrupts the global industrial and supply chains and harms the common and long-term interests of all countries. China will continue to honor its commitments made at its accession to the WTO, and work with the rest of the world to safeguard the multilateral trade system with the WTO at its core, promote global trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and deliver more benefit to the world.
