Fifth, efforts to boost coordination in multilateral fora. Embracing 26 countries from three continents, the SCO family is a constructive force that carries important global influence. With our commitment to the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter, and our enhanced communication and coordinated actions, SCO member states will better rally the developing world in promoting a more just and equitable global order.

第四，面对单边霸凌逆流，中国将坚定做正义的力量。我们将隆重纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年，弘扬正确历史观，坚持真正的多边主义，坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系、以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。办好上海合作组织“中国年”，支持巴西举办金砖峰会和气候变化大会，支持南非举办二十国集团峰会，推动国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。

Fourth, China will be a firm force for justice in the face of the countercurrents of unilateralism and bullying. We will hold solemn commemorations for the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese people’s war of resistance against Japanese aggression and the world anti-fascist war, promote a correct view of history, uphold true multilateralism, and firmly safeguard the international system with the U.N. at its core, the international order underpinned by international law, and the basic norms governing international relations based on the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter. We will effectively fulfill the role as the SCO rotating chair, support Brazil in hosting the BRICS summit and the U.N. Climate Change Conference (COP30), support South Africa in hosting the G20 summit, and work for a more just and equitable international order.

第三，公平正义的实现需要更好坚守五项原则。今天，发展中国家对完善国际治理体系、维护自身正当权益的呼声日益强烈。五项原则的出发点就是维护弱小国家的利益和诉求。我们要继续从中汲取智慧，坚持真正的多边主义，推动国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。

Third, a stronger commitment to the Five Principles is required for the realization of equity and justice. Today, developing countries are voicing a stronger call for improving the international governance system and protecting their legitimate rights and interests. The Five Principles were initiated with the purpose of safeguarding the interests and pursuits of smaller, weaker countries. We should continue to draw wisdom from these principles, uphold true multilateralism, and work toward a more just and equitable international order.

林剑：维护国际和平安全、促进全球发展繁荣，是中国和非洲国家的共同主张和追求。中国和非洲国家曾饱受殖民主义、帝国主义的压迫和侵略，在反殖、反帝的道路上相互扶持、并肩战斗，赢得国家独立和民族解放。我们都深知坚持独立自主、捍卫公平正义的可贵，都认同和平共处五项原则，都致力于推动建设平等有序的世界多极化、普惠包容的经济全球化，推动国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。

Lin Jian: China and African countries both advocate and work for safeguarding international peace and security and promoting global development and prosperity. China and Africa endured colonialist and imperialist suppression and invasion. We supported each other and fought together on the road of anti-colonialism and anti-imperialism, and won independence of our countries and liberation of our nations. Therefore, we deeply cherish independence, self-determination, fairness and justice; we agree on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence; we are committed to building an equal and orderly multipolar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization; and we both aim to make the international order more just and equitable.
