无论国际形势如何变化，中国始终心系“全球南方”、扎根“全球南方”，支持更多“全球南方”国家以正式成员、伙伴国、“金砖+”等形式加入金砖事业，汇聚“全球南方”磅礴力量，共同推动构建人类命运共同体。

No matter how the international landscape evolves, we in China will always keep the Global South in our heart, and maintain our roots in the Global South. We support more Global South countries in joining the cause of BRICS as full members, partner countries or in the “BRICS Plus” format so that we can combine the great strength of the Global South to build together a community with a shared future for mankind.

促进文明对话需要国际社会共同努力。中方愿同各方一道，以共同庆祝“文明对话国际日”为契机，通过文明对话汲取破解全球难题的智慧，积极扩展文明对话的全球伙伴，共同推动构建人类命运共同体。

Joint efforts from the international community are needed to promote dialogue among civilizations. China will work with all parties to take the International Day for Dialogue Among Civilizations as an opportunity to draw wisdom through dialogue among civilizations to tackle global difficulties and embrace more partners in this regard so as to build a community with a shared future for humanity together.

习近平主席指出，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年和《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年。中俄关系之所以走到今天这个高度，就是因为两国能够不断深化政治互信和战略协作，拓展各领域合作，捍卫国际公道正义、推动构建人类命运共同体。

President Xi Jinping noted that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation Between China and Russia. China-Russia relations have come this far, precisely because we have kept deepening political mutual trust and strategic coordination, expanded all-round cooperation, defended international justice and fairness and advanced the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.

2026年是“十五五”开局之年。我们将继续高举推动构建人类命运共同体旗帜，与所有热爱和平的国家和人民一道，为建设持久和平、普遍安全的世界而不懈努力。

In 2026, the year that marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan, we will continue to be guided by the vision of a community with a shared future for humanity and work together with all peace-loving countries and peoples to build a world of lasting peace and universal security.
