无论国际形势如何变化，中国始终心系“全球南方”、扎根“全球南方”，支持更多“全球南方”国家以正式成员、伙伴国、“金砖+”等形式加入金砖事业，汇聚“全球南方”磅礴力量，共同推动构建人类命运共同体。

No matter how the international landscape evolves, we in China will always keep the Global South in our heart, and maintain our roots in the Global South. We support more Global South countries in joining the cause of BRICS as full members, partner countries or in the “BRICS Plus” format so that we can combine the great strength of the Global South to build together a community with a shared future for mankind.

The third and final section consists of the 15th part and concluding remarks. This section primarily makes arrangements for tasks related to upholding and strengthening the Party Central Committee’s centralized, unified leadership, advancing socialist democracy and rule of law, carrying out work concerning Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, promoting the building of a community with a shared future for humanity, and mobilizing the initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity of the whole society.

韩正副主席还将出席在卡塔尔首都多哈举办的第二届社会发展世界峰会。人类是休戚与共的命运共同体，社会发展事关世界人民共同福祉。中方积极支持卡塔尔举办第二届社会发展世界峰会，愿同国际社会一道努力，为全球社会发展事业注入新动能，推动构建人类命运共同体。

Vice President Han Zheng will also attend the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha. Humanity is a community that shares one future, and social development bears on the common good of people worldwide. China actively supports Qatar in hosting the Second World Summit for Social Development. Together with the international community, we stand ready to inject fresh impetus to global social development and promote the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.

中国共产党二十届四中全会刚刚胜利闭幕。会议重要成果之一是审议通过了关于制定“十五五”规划的建议，对外传递出中国政策的稳定性、经济增长的稳定性、发展预期的稳定性，为动荡世界提供宝贵的确定性。从“十四五”到“十五五”，中国展现了一张蓝图绘到底的决心和毅力，也揭示了“中国之治”的成功密码。展望未来，一个自信开放的中国，将与各国共享机遇、共同发展，推进平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化，推动构建人类命运共同体。

The fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee successfully concluded yesterday. One of the important outcomes is that the session deliberated over and adopted the recommendations for formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan, sending out the message that the consistency of China’s policy and its steady economic growth and development prospect provide valuable certainty to this volatile world. From the 14th Five-Year Plan to the 15th Five-Year Plan, China has shown its firm resolve and perseverance and spelled out the key to China’s good governance. Looking forward, China, a confident and open country, will share opportunities and pursue common development with countries around the world, advocate an equal and orderly multipolar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization, and promote the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
