本次会议是首届中阿峰会成功举办后，论坛首次召开部长级会议，会议的主题是全力推动中阿命运共同体建设。我们高兴地看到，首届中阿峰会举办以来，在习近平主席和阿拉伯国家领导人的指引下，中阿命运共同体建设取得明显进展，中阿关系进入了历史最好时期。

This is the first ministerial conference of the Forum since our leaders met for the first China-Arab States Summit in 2022. The theme of our Conference is Working Toward a China-Arab Community with a Shared Future. We are pleased that significant progress has been made in building a China-Arab community with a shared future under the guidance of Arab leaders and President Xi Jinping since their first summit and that the China-Arab relationship is now at its best in history. 

习近平主席同卢拉总统共同回顾中巴关系50年发展历程，一致认为两国关系正处于历史最好时期，日益彰显全球性、战略性、长远性影响，成为发展中大国携手共进、团结合作的典范。双边关系定位提升和两国发展战略对接，必将推动中巴关系继往开来，开启下一个“黄金50年”，为“全球南方”国家团结自强树立榜样，为提升发展中国家在全球治理中的代表性和发言权作出新的贡献。习近平主席还指出，明年是中拉论坛正式运行10周年，中国愿同巴西及其他拉美国家一道，推动中拉合作迈上新台阶。

President Xi Jinping and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva took stock of the past 50 years of China-Brazil relations, and agreed that the relationship is at its best period in history, is growing stronger in global, strategic and long-term significance, and has become an exemplar of common progress, solidarity and cooperation between major developing countries. Elevating the bilateral ties and synergizing the two countries’ development strategies will certainly enable the two countries to carry forward the past achievements in the relations and usher in the next “golden 50 years”, as well as to set an example for Global South nations to seek strength through unity and make new contributions to increasing the representation and voice of developing countries in global governance. President Xi also pointed out that next year marks the 10th anniversary of the official launch of the China-CELAC Forum. China stands ready to join hands with Brazil and other Latin American countries to take China-Latin American cooperation to new heights.

经过近70年的辛勤耕耘，中非关系正处于历史最好时期。面向未来，我提议，将中国同所有非洲建交国的双边关系提升到战略关系层面，将中非关系整体定位提升至新时代全天候中非命运共同体！

Thanks to nearly 70 years of tireless efforts from both sides, the China-Africa relationship is now at its best in history. With its future growth in mind, I propose that bilateral relations between China and all African countries having diplomatic ties with China be elevated to the level of strategic relations, and that the overall characterization of China-Africa relations be elevated to an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era.

习近平主席指出，中非友好穿越时空、跨越山海、薪火相传。中非合作论坛成立24年来特别是新时代以来，中国同非洲本着真实亲诚理念，在世界百年变局中坚定捍卫彼此正当权益，在经济全球化大潮中强筋骨、壮体魄，累累硕果惠及中非亿万百姓，书写了一个个中非友好的感人故事，树立了新型国际关系的典范。经过近70年辛勤耕耘，中非关系正处于历史最好时期。

President Xi Jinping noted that the friendship between China and Africa transcends time and space, surmounts mountains and oceans, and passes down through generations. Over the past 24 years since the inception of the FOCAC, especially in the new era, China and Africa have firmly defended our legitimate rights and interests in the spirit of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith as once-in-a-century changes sweep across the world. We get stronger and more resilient together by riding the tide of economic globalization, delivering tangible benefits to billions of ordinary Chinese and Africans. We have created touching stories of China-Africa friendship, and set a stellar example of a new type of international relations. Thanks to nearly 70 years of tireless efforts from both sides, the China-Africa relationship is now at its best in history.
