Let us foster a pattern of universal security with joint contribution for shared benefit. We need to uphold the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, and we need to stay committed to settling disputes through dialogue, resolving differences through consultation, and enhancing security through cooperation. On its part, China will follow a distinctly Chinese way of addressing hot spot issues and play a constructive role in safeguarding peace and security.

第一，带头维护和平稳定。我们要坚持各国无论大小、强弱、贫富，都有平等参与国际事务的权利。坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，通过对话协商解决分歧和争端。

First, we should take the lead in safeguarding peace and stability. We must always ensure the equal right of all countries to participate in international affairs regardless of their size, strength, or wealth. We should embrace the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security, and resolve differences and disputes through dialogue and consultation.

第一，共同营造有利于妇女成长发展的良好环境。和平安宁是实现妇女全面发展的前提。我们要秉持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，维护世界和平，让广大妇女沐浴幸福安宁阳光，远离战争动荡阴霾。加强对战乱冲突、贫困灾害地区妇女和女童的保护，支持妇女在预防冲突和重建家园中发挥重要作用。健全和完善反暴力机制，坚决打击针对妇女的一切形式的暴力行为。

First, we should jointly foster an enabling environment for women’s growth and development. Their all-round development is achieved under the prerequisite of peace and tranquility. We need to uphold the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, and must safeguard world peace, so that all women can bask in the sunlight of happiness and tranquility and stay away from the shadow of war and turmoil. We need to enhance the protection of women and girls in regions struck by war, conflict, poverty or natural disaster, and support the vital role of women in preventing conflict and rebuilding their homes. We should improve mechanisms against violence and resolutely crack down on all forms of violence against women.
