当前，世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开，世界格局加速演变，新一轮科技革命和产业变革迅猛发展。人类文明在大步前进的同时，不安全、不稳定、不确定因素也明显增加。

At present, changes of historical significance across the world during our times are unfolding in ways like never before. The international landscape is undergoing rapid transformation. A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is advancing fast. As human civilization marches forward in big strides, factors of insecurity, instability and uncertainty are evidently increasing.

当前，世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开，世界进入新的动荡变革期。面对单边主义、保护主义抬头，中国经济迎难而上，2024年实现5%的增长，对世界经济增长贡献率保持在30%左右，继续成为世界经济重要引擎。中国新能源产业、人工智能和动画影视全球瞩目。中国将坚持以高水平对外开放为世界提供更多机遇，以自身高质量发展助推各国共同发展。

Today, global, epoch-making and historical changes are unfolding like never before, and the world has entered a new period of turbulent transformation. Despite the headwinds of mounting unilateralism and protectionism, the Chinese economy expanded by five percent in 2024, contributing around 30 percent to the global economy. It remains a key engine of the world economy. China’s new energy sector, artificial intelligence and animated films have come into global spotlight. China will continue to provide more opportunities to the world with its high-standard opening up and contribute to the development of all countries with its high-quality development.

当前世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开，全球不稳定不确定性因素明显增多。我们要同心协力、携手前行，一道推动构建人类命运共同体，共迎全球性挑战，共建亚洲家园，共创亚洲和世界更加美好的未来。这里，我提4点建议。

Even as we speak, changes of the world, of our times, and of historic significance are unfolding in unprecedented ways. Our world is experiencing far greater instability and uncertainty. It is essential that we work in concert to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, meet global challenges, build a shared Asian home, and usher in a brighter future for Asia and the world. To that end, I would like to make four proposals. 

面对世界之变、时代之变、历史之变，习近平主席敏锐把握世界大势，站在全人类长远发展的战略高度，以宏阔的全球视野和深厚的人民情怀，指出为了应对百年变局，关键要有识变之智、应变之方、求变之勇。

Amidst changes of historical significance across the world during our times unfolding in ways like never before, President Xi Jinping has keen observation of the development trend in the world, and stands at the strategic height of long-term development of humanity with a global vision and people-centered philosophy. He underscored the importance of having the wisdom to see the changes, the ability to deal with the changes, and the courage to make changes to cope with the major transformation.
