我们要建设公道正义的未来。各国无论大小、强弱，都是国际社会平等一员。国际上的事情要由各国商量着办。要推动平等有序的世界多极化，维护以联合国为核心的国际体系、以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。要强化国际法治权威，抵制恃强凌弱的丛林法则，反对单边制裁等霸权行径，维护发展中国家正当权益，推动国际关系民主化，捍卫国际公平正义。

Countries of the world need to build a future of fairness and justice. All countries, regardless of their size and strength, are equal members of the international community. International affairs should be handled through consultation by all countries. We need to build an equal and orderly multipolar world, and defend the U.N.-centered international system, the international order based on international law, and the basic norms of international relations underpinned by the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter. We need to strengthen the authority of international rule of law, reject the law of the jungle where the strong bully the weak, oppose acts of hegemonism such as unilateral sanctions, protect the legitimate rights and interests of developing countries, promote greater democracy in international relations, and uphold international fairness and justice.

无论国际形势如何变化，中国坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系、以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则，愿同各国一道，携手推进平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化，共同朝着构建人类命运共同体的目标砥砺前行。

No matter how the international landscape will evolve, China will firmly uphold the international system with the UN at its core, the international order based on international law, and the basic norms governing international relations based on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. We will work with other countries to advance an equal and orderly multi-polar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization, and strive towards building a community with a shared future for humanity.

此访深化了中瑞在国际事务中的战略共识。双方一致同意完善全球治理，加强多边事务沟通，维护以联合国为核心的国际体系和以世贸组织为核心的多边贸易体制，为世界和平、稳定、繁荣、发展作出新贡献。

The trip deepened strategic common understandings between China and Switzerland on international affairs. The two sides agreed to improve global governance, strengthen communication on multilateral affairs, safeguard the UN-centered international system and the multilateral trading system with the WTO at its core, and make new contribution to global peace, stability, prosperity and development.

作为联合国创始会员国和安理会常任理事国，中国全面参与联合国各领域工作，自觉承担自身国际义务，坚定捍卫多边主义。前不久，习近平主席提出全球治理倡议，阐明了改革完善全球治理需要遵循的原则、方法和路径。倡议核心理念同联合国宪章宗旨和原则一脉相承，重申维护以联合国为核心的国际体系，是对联合国和多边主义投下的“信任票”。

As a founding member of the UN and permanent member of the UN Security Council, China fully participates in the UN’s work in various fields, undertakes international obligations willingly and firmly defends multilateralism. Earlier this month, President Xi Jinping put forward the Global Governance Initiative (GGI), and elaborated on the principles, method and path to follow for the reform and improvement of global governance. The core tenets of the GGI are consistent with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. The initiative reaffirms the need for safeguarding the international system with the UN as its core. It is a vote of confidence in the UN and in multilateralism.
