第二，专注发展的亚洲需要更好坚守五项原则。过去数十年亚洲保持快速发展，得益于地区国家践行正确相处之道，始终平等相待、互尊互利、共促稳定。未来亚洲要实现更大发展，我们仍要坚持与邻为善、与邻为伴，反对阵营对抗、“小院高墙”，更多汇聚发展合力。

Second, a stronger commitment to the Five Principles is required in a development-focused Asia. Over the past decades, Asia has maintained rapid development, because countries in the region have always followed the right way to get along. We have treated each other as equals, fostered mutual respect and mutual benefit, and jointly promoted stability. For Asia to achieve even greater development, it is imperative that we continue to pursue friendship and partnership with our neighbors, oppose bloc confrontation and “small yards with high fences,” and increase the synergy for development.

亚太是合作发展的高地，不是地缘博弈的棋局。搞集团政治和阵营对抗不会带来和平与安全，不利于亚太和世界的稳定。

The Asia-Pacific is a pacesetter of cooperation and development, not a chessboard for geopolitical competition. Group politics and bloc confrontation will not bring peace and security, and is not conducive to the stability in the Asia-Pacific and the world as a whole.

郭嘉昆：中方已多次就美英澳建立所谓“三方安全伙伴关系”推进核潜艇及其他尖端军事技术合作表明立场。我们一贯反对制造阵营对抗，反对加大核扩散风险，加剧军备竞赛。

Guo Jiakun: China has made clear more than once its position on the so-called trilateral security partnership between the U.S., the UK and Australia designed to advance cooperation on nuclear submarines and other cutting-edge military technologies. We oppose bloc confrontation and anything that increases the risk of nuclear proliferation and exacerbates arms race.

四是坚持公平正义。弘扬正确二战史观，反对冷战思维、阵营对抗和霸凌行径。维护以联合国为核心的国际体系，支持以世界贸易组织为核心的多边贸易体制。倡导平等有序的世界多极化、普惠包容的经济全球化，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。

Fourth, we should uphold fairness and justice. We must promote a correct historical perspective on World War II, and oppose the Cold War mentality, bloc confrontation and bullying practices. We should safeguard the U.N.-centered international system, and support the multilateral trading system with the WTO at its core. We should advocate an equal and orderly multipolar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization, and make the global governance system more just and equitable.
