在今年7月的阿斯塔纳峰会上，习近平主席同各成员国领导人就携手建设团结互信、和平安宁、繁荣发展、睦邻友好、公平正义的上合组织共同家园，达成重要共识。建设共同家园，奉行的是大家共同尊崇的理念，关注的是大家共同面对的难题，创造的是大家共同期许的未来。我理解，这个共同的愿景，应重点包含五个方面的内涵：

At the Astana Summit held last July, President Xi Jinping and fellow leaders of member states reached important understandings on jointly building a common home of the SCO featuring solidarity and mutual trust, peace and tranquility, prosperity and development, good-neighborliness and friendship, and fairness and justice. This endeavor to build a common home is driven by the values we all share; it focuses on the tough issues we all face, and will help create a future we all desire. In my view, this common vision entails efforts in the following five aspects:

第四，顺应民众期待扩大人员往来。积极发挥上合组织睦邻友好合作委员会等作用，建设好上合组织数字教育联盟，办好民间友好论坛暨友城论坛、妇女论坛、青少年画展等品牌活动，提升各成员国民众的参与度和获得感，推动民间友好事业不断传承发展。

Fourth, expanding people-to-people exchange to meet popular expectations. We should fully leverage the role of the SCO Committee on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation, develop an effective SCO digital education alliance, organize excellent events under our flagship programs such as the Forum on People-to-People Friendship and the Forum on Friendship Cities, the Forum on Women, and the Art Exhibition of Young Artists, and increase our peoples’ participation and sense of fulfillment, to keep people-to-people friendship strong for generations to come.

毛宁：这是孟加拉国的国内事务。中方始终奉行面向全体孟加拉国人民的睦邻友好政策，真诚希望孟加拉国实现团结、稳定、发展。

Mao Ning: This is the domestic affair of Bangladesh. China pursues a policy of good neighborliness and friendship toward all Bangladeshi people. We sincerely hope Bangladesh will realize solidarity, stability and development.

明年，中俄两国将迎来《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年和战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年。我们期待通过此次总理定期会晤，进一步增进互信，凝聚共识，推动合作，为中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系发展注入更强动力。

Next year, the two countries will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic partnership of coordination. Through this regular meeting, we look forward to further enhancing mutual trust, building consensus, advancing cooperation, and injecting stronger impetus into the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era.

郭嘉昆：中国和韩国是近邻和合作伙伴。中方重视中韩关系，对韩政策保持稳定性和连续性，此访是习近平主席时隔11年再次对韩国进行国事访问，也是李在明总统就任后中韩元首首次会晤。中方愿同韩方一道，坚守建交初心，坚持睦邻友好、互利共赢，推动中韩战略合作伙伴关系不断向前发展。

Guo Jiakun: China and the ROK are each other’s close neighbors and cooperation partners. China attaches great importance to its relations with the ROK and our policy on the ROK maintains consistency and continuity. This will be President Xi Jinping’s second state visit to the ROK in 11 years. This will also be the first meeting between leaders of the two countries after President Lee Jae-myung took office. China stands ready to work with the ROK to cherish the commitment made when establishing diplomatic ties, uphold good neighborliness and the friendly ties, work for mutual benefit, and move forward the strategic cooperative partnership.
