在今年7月的阿斯塔纳峰会上，习近平主席同各成员国领导人就携手建设团结互信、和平安宁、繁荣发展、睦邻友好、公平正义的上合组织共同家园，达成重要共识。建设共同家园，奉行的是大家共同尊崇的理念，关注的是大家共同面对的难题，创造的是大家共同期许的未来。我理解，这个共同的愿景，应重点包含五个方面的内涵：

At the Astana Summit held last July, President Xi Jinping and fellow leaders of member states reached important understandings on jointly building a common home of the SCO featuring solidarity and mutual trust, peace and tranquility, prosperity and development, good-neighborliness and friendship, and fairness and justice. This endeavor to build a common home is driven by the values we all share; it focuses on the tough issues we all face, and will help create a future we all desire. In my view, this common vision entails efforts in the following five aspects:

第四，顺应民众期待扩大人员往来。积极发挥上合组织睦邻友好合作委员会等作用，建设好上合组织数字教育联盟，办好民间友好论坛暨友城论坛、妇女论坛、青少年画展等品牌活动，提升各成员国民众的参与度和获得感，推动民间友好事业不断传承发展。

Fourth, expanding people-to-people exchange to meet popular expectations. We should fully leverage the role of the SCO Committee on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation, develop an effective SCO digital education alliance, organize excellent events under our flagship programs such as the Forum on People-to-People Friendship and the Forum on Friendship Cities, the Forum on Women, and the Art Exhibition of Young Artists, and increase our peoples’ participation and sense of fulfillment, to keep people-to-people friendship strong for generations to come.

今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年、《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年和“中俄教育年”启动之年，中俄关系发展迎来新的历史机遇。中方愿同俄方继续秉持永久睦邻友好、全面战略协作、互利合作共赢精神，不断加强各领域合作，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination, the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation, and the first year of the China-Russia Years of Education, which provides fresh opportunities for further advancing the China-Russia relationship. China stands ready to work with Russia to act in the spirit of ever-lasting good-neighborliness and friendship, comprehensive strategic coordination and mutually-beneficial cooperation, advance cooperation in various areas, and promote the building of a more just and equitable global governance system.

林剑：在同伊朗外长阿拉格齐的会谈中，王毅外长强调，自战事发生以来，中方一直积极劝和促谈。习近平主席郑重提出维护和促进中东和平稳定的四点主张，得到国际社会积极响应。当前地区局势正处于战和转换的关键节点。中方认为，全面止战刻不容缓，重启战端更不可取，坚持谈判尤为重要。中方支持伊方维护国家主权和安全，赞赏伊方愿通过外交途径寻求政治解决。关于海峡问题，国际社会对恢复海峡正常安全通行有共同关切，中方希望当事方尽快回应国际社会的强烈呼声。中方主张海湾和中东国家应当把命运掌握在自己手里，鼓励伊朗和更多海湾国家开展对话，实现睦邻友好，支持由地区国家建立共同参与、维护共同利益、实现共同发展的地区和平与安全架构。

Lin Jian: In the talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi, Foreign Minister Wang Yi stressed that since the fighting began, China has been actively promoting talks for peace. President Xi Jinping solemnly made the four propositions on safeguarding and promoting peace and stability in the Middle East which has been positively echoed by the international community. The current regional situation is at a critical stage of whether the conflict could end or not. China believes that bringing about a full stop of hostilities is of utmost urgency, a relapse in fighting must be avoided and sticking to negotiations is highly important. China supports Iran in safeguarding its national sovereignty and security and commends Iran’s willingness of seeking political settlement through diplomatic means. On issues regarding the Strait, resuming normal and safe passage at the Strait is a shared concern of the international community. China hopes that parties concerned will respond to the strong call of the international community as soon as possible. China advocates that the Gulf and Middle East countries need to take their fate into their own hands. We encourage Iran to have dialogue with more Gulf states to realize good-neighborliness and friendship, and support a regional architecture for peace and security established by regional countries with common participation for common interests and common development.

郭嘉昆：中俄是新时代全面战略协作伙伴。近年来，两国不断深化永久睦邻友好，拓展全面战略协作，坚持互利合作共赢，在国际和地区事务中保持密切沟通协调，为推动平等有序的世界多极化、改革完善全球治理、维护国际公平正义作出重要贡献。
