Staying committed to mutual respect to consolidate the foundation for friendship and cooperation between countries. It is important to respect the different histories, cultures and development stages of countries, respect each country’s core interests and major concerns, and respect the development path, system and model independently chosen by people of different countries. At the same time, it is important to oppose the imposition of one’s own will upon others, oppose camp-based confrontation and various “small circles,” and oppose the act of forcing others to pick sides. China will stay on the right path of peaceful development, actively expand global partnerships based on equality, openness and cooperation, and commit to expanding shared interests with all countries. China will promote coordination and sound interactions among major countries, work for healthy, stable and sustainable development of relations with the U.S., strengthen its comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era with Russia, and enhance high-level exchanges and strategic communication with Europe, thus fostering major-country dynamics featuring peaceful coexistence, overall stability and balanced development. In its neighborhood, China will adhere to the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness as well as the policy of developing friendship and partnership with its neighbors. It will seek to deepen friendship, trust and common interests with its neighboring countries. With developing countries, China will stay committed to the principle of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith, and take the right approach to friendship and interests. It will strengthen unity and cooperation with fellow developing countries and firmly safeguard common interests.

中国始终坚持真实亲诚对非政策理念和正确义利观，发展中非友好和对非合作。除给予对最不发达国家100%税目产品零关税待遇以外，我们还建立并拓展非洲农产品输华“绿色通道”，为非洲企业参加进博会、链博会等大型展会提供便利，为非洲特色产品接驳世界市场搭建桥梁，深化对非职业技能培训和人力资源合作，帮助非洲国家加强贸易能力建设。

China upholds the principle of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith and the principle of pursuing the greater good and shared interests in developing friendly ties and enhancing cooperation with Africa. Aside from the zero-tariff treatment, China has also opened and expanded the “green lanes” for African agricultural products, provided facilitation for African companies’ participation in major expos, including the China International Import Expo and the China International Supply Chain Expo, built bridges for unique products from Africa to enter the global market, deepened cooperation with Africa on vocational training and human resources, and helped African countries improve capacity building in trade. 

中方将秉持真实亲诚理念和正确义利观，着眼中拉关系的“惠民”属性，继续加强同拉美国家团结合作，不断提高双方人民的获得感和幸福感。

China will follow the principle of sincerity, real results, affinity and good faith and the principle of pursuing greater good and shared interests, focus on people’s livelihood, the overarching priority in its relations with Latin America, continue to enhance solidarity and cooperation with Latin American countries, and deliver a stronger sense of fulfillment and happiness to the peoples of both sides.

站在新的历史起点上，中方将继续秉持真实亲诚理念和正确义利观，同论坛非方成员一道努力，落实好此次峰会成果，更好造福中国和非洲人民。

At the new historical starting point, China will continue upholding the principle of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith and the principle of pursuing the greater good and shared interests. We will continue working with African members of FOCAC to implement the outcomes of the Summit and better benefit the people of both sides.
