我们要建设公道正义的未来。各国无论大小、强弱，都是国际社会平等一员。国际上的事情要由各国商量着办。要推动平等有序的世界多极化，维护以联合国为核心的国际体系、以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。要强化国际法治权威，抵制恃强凌弱的丛林法则，反对单边制裁等霸权行径，维护发展中国家正当权益，推动国际关系民主化，捍卫国际公平正义。

Countries of the world need to build a future of fairness and justice. All countries, regardless of their size and strength, are equal members of the international community. International affairs should be handled through consultation by all countries. We need to build an equal and orderly multipolar world, and defend the U.N.-centered international system, the international order based on international law, and the basic norms of international relations underpinned by the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter. We need to strengthen the authority of international rule of law, reject the law of the jungle where the strong bully the weak, oppose acts of hegemonism such as unilateral sanctions, protect the legitimate rights and interests of developing countries, promote greater democracy in international relations, and uphold international fairness and justice.

Guo Jiakun: China congratulates Uruguay on taking over the chairmanship of the G77 and China for the year 2026. The G77 and China is an important force in safeguarding the common interests of developing countries and improving global governance system, and a pillar in defending multilateralism. The organization is playing an irreplaceable role in international affairs. China as the largest developing country always shares weal and woe with the Global South and stands firmly with the G77 in upholding international fairness and justice and protecting the common interests of developing countries.

为争取一个更平等的世界，我们在事关国际道义的大是大非问题上坚定站在历史正确一边，旗帜鲜明反对霸权主义和强权政治，向遭受不公的国家提供力所能及的道义和行动支持。关税战、贸易战损害各国正当权益，损害多边贸易体制。我们挺身而出，既是为了维护自身正当权益，更是为了捍卫国际公平正义。

To build a fairer world, we have stood firm on the right side of history when it comes to central questions about right and wrong, questions that challenge international justice. We have unequivocally opposed hegemonism and power politics, and we have done our best to provide both moral and practical support to countries suffering injustice. Tariff and trade wars hurt the legitimate rights and interests of countries around the world, and undermine the multilateral trading system. We have stood up to such practices in defense of international fairness and justice as well as China’s legitimate rights and interests.

中国和巴西同为发展中大国、全球主要新兴市场国家、金砖国家和全球南方重要成员，中巴关系始终走在中国同发展中国家关系前列。过去一年，习近平主席和卢拉总统成功实现互访，携手构建更公正世界和更可持续星球的中巴命运共同体建设顺利推进。中方期待同巴方一道，以此访为契机，进一步深化发展战略对接，共同为维护多边主义、捍卫国际公平正义作出更大贡献。

Both China and Brazil are major developing countries, major emerging markets, BRICS countries and important members of the Global South. Our bilateral relations have always been at the forefront of China’s ties with developing nations. Over the past year, President Xi Jinping and President Lula successfully made mutual visits. The two countries have had smooth progress in jointly building a community with a shared future for a more just world and a more sustainable planet. China looks forward to working with Brazil through this visit to further dovetail development strategies and make greater contribution to defending multilateralism and international fairness and justice.
