我们要建设公道正义的未来。各国无论大小、强弱，都是国际社会平等一员。国际上的事情要由各国商量着办。要推动平等有序的世界多极化，维护以联合国为核心的国际体系、以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。要强化国际法治权威，抵制恃强凌弱的丛林法则，反对单边制裁等霸权行径，维护发展中国家正当权益，推动国际关系民主化，捍卫国际公平正义。

Countries of the world need to build a future of fairness and justice. All countries, regardless of their size and strength, are equal members of the international community. International affairs should be handled through consultation by all countries. We need to build an equal and orderly multipolar world, and defend the U.N.-centered international system, the international order based on international law, and the basic norms of international relations underpinned by the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter. We need to strengthen the authority of international rule of law, reject the law of the jungle where the strong bully the weak, oppose acts of hegemonism such as unilateral sanctions, protect the legitimate rights and interests of developing countries, promote greater democracy in international relations, and uphold international fairness and justice.

本次外长会晤在国际形势变乱交织、美国滥施关税冲击全球经济秩序的大背景下举行。中方愿通过本次外长会，同中亚五国深化政治互信，巩固相互支持，维护地区稳定，共同捍卫国际公平正义，共同践行真正的多边主义。

This meeting is held in a world fraught with changes, turbulence and the U.S.’s tariff tsunami which deals a blow to the world economic order. Through this meeting, China stands ready to deepen political mutual trust with the five Central Asian countries, consolidate mutual support, keep the region stable, jointly defend international fairness and justice, and practice true multilateralism.

中方将同越方一道，认真落实两党两国最高领导人重要共识，赓续“越中情谊深、同志加兄弟”的传统友谊，按照“六个更”总体目标，高质量推动全面战略合作，共同捍卫国际公平正义，确保中越命运共同体建设行稳致远，为构建人类命运共同体作出新的更大贡献。

China will work with Viet Nam to implement the important common understandings between the top leaders of the two parties and two countries, renew their long-standing friendship featuring “camaraderie plus brotherhood”, act in line with the overarching goals characterized by “six mores”, advance their comprehensive strategic cooperation with high-quality efforts, uphold international fairness and justice, ensure steady and sustained progress in building the China-Viet Nam community with a shared future, and make new and greater contributions to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

世界上绝大多数相信公平与正义的国家，都会选择站在历史正确的一边，作出符合自身利益的选择，共同反对各种形式的单边主义、保护主义和经济霸凌的行径。中方也愿同各方一道，坚持真正的多边主义，共同维护以世界贸易组织为核心的多边贸易体制，捍卫国际公平正义。

The vast majority of countries in the world that uphold fairness and justice will choose to stand on the right side of history, make choices that are in line with their own interests, and jointly oppose all forms of unilateralism, protectionism, and economic bullying. China is also willing to work with all parties to uphold true multilateralism, jointly safeguard the multilateral trading system with the WTO at its core, and defend international fairness and justice.
