二十国集团要做全球经济金融治理改革的推动者。要进一步加强各国宏观政策协调，减少发达经济体政策调整的负面外溢效应。要落实《全球数字契约》，弥合南北“数字鸿沟”。要推进国际金融架构改革，如期开展世界银行2025年股权审议，明年6月前制定国际货币基金组织新的份额公式，赋予发展中国家更多代表性和话语权。中方支持古特雷斯秘书长推动全球金融体系改革的努力。

The G20 should be promoters of global economic and financial governance reform. We should further enhance macro policy coordination and reduce the negative spillover effect of policy adjustments made by advanced economies. We should implement the Global Digital Compact, and bridge the North-South digital divide. We should advance the reform of the global financial architecture. The World Bank should carry out shareholding review in 2025 as scheduled, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) should develop a new quota formula by June 2025, so as to give developing countries greater representation and say. China supports the efforts of Secretary General António Guterres to promote reform of the global financial system.

全球妇女命运与共。当前，实现妇女全面发展仍然面临复杂挑战。据统计，全球尚有超过6亿妇女和女童深陷战乱冲突，约10%的妇女和女童生活在极端贫困之中。同时，暴力和歧视痼疾难消，性别数字鸿沟加大，实现男女平等任重道远。展望未来，我们要重温北京世妇会初心，为加速妇女全面发展新进程凝聚更广泛共识、开辟更广阔道路、采取更务实行动。在此，我提4点建议。

Women in every corner of the world are bound together by a shared future. At present, complex challenges still hamper their all-round development. Statistics show that globally, over 600 million women and girls are still mired in war and conflict, and around 10 percent of women and girls are trapped in extreme poverty. At the same time, deep-rooted problems such as violence and discrimination still persist, the gender digital divide is widening, and equality between men and women remains a lofty yet arduous task. Looking ahead, we should rededicate ourselves to the purpose of the Beijing World Conference on Women, and build greater consensus, broaden the paths forward, and take more concrete actions to accelerate the new process of women’s all-round development. To this end, I wish to make four proposals.

近年来，全球南北差距更加突出，技术鸿沟、数字鸿沟、智能鸿沟仍在扩大。我们要坚持科技成果造福全人类的理念，帮助发展中国家建设人工智能、智能交通、智慧能源等新型基础设施，加强关键民生领域信息技术推广应用，让更多国家搭上数字经济发展快车。

In recent years, the North-South divide has become more pronounced, and the gaps in technology, digital access and AI are still widening. We should uphold the principle of harnessing scientific and technological achievements for the benefit of all humanity, help developing countries build AI, intelligent transportation, smart energy and other new infrastructure, and promote the application of information technology in key livelihood sectors, so that more countries can get on board the fast train of digital economic development.

契约顺应了全球促进数字发展与合作的时代潮流，反映了各国特别是全球南方国家希望弥合数字鸿沟、解决治理赤字的迫切呼声，凸显了国际社会希望通过团结合作，应对数字机遇挑战，构建包容、开放、公平、安全数字未来的共同意愿。契约既是国际社会对多边主义及数字团结与合作投下的赞成票，也将为全球数字治理注入新的动力和活力。

The compact follows the prevailing trend of promoting digital development and cooperation in the world, reflects the urgent call of all countries, especially Global South countries, for efforts to close the digital divide and wipe out governance deficits, and demonstrates the common aspiration of the international community to respond to digital opportunities and challenges, and build an inclusive, open, fair and secure digital space through joint effort and cooperation. The compact shows international support for multilateralism and digital solidarity and cooperation, and provides fresh impetus for global digital governance.
