全会提出，加快农业农村现代化，扎实推进乡村全面振兴。坚持把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，促进城乡融合发展，持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，推动农村基本具备现代生活条件，加快建设农业强国。要提升农业综合生产能力和质量效益，推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设，提高强农惠农富农政策效能。

It was noted that we should accelerate agricultural and rural modernization and take solid steps to advance all-around rural revitalization. We must continue to place issues related to agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents at the top of our Party's work agenda. We need to promote integrated urban-rural development, continue to consolidate and expand our achievements in poverty alleviation, basically ensure modern living conditions in rural areas, and secure faster progress in building up China's strength in agriculture. We should enhance the overall production capacity, quality, and performance of agriculture, build a beautiful and harmonious countryside for people to live and work in, and ensure that policies aimed at strengthening agriculture, benefiting farmers, and achieving rural prosperity deliver greater outcomes.

中国党和政府历来高度重视农村工作，出台一系列政策措施，不断加快推进农村基础设施建设和公共服务改善，明确要求把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，把全面推进乡村振兴作为实现中华民族伟大复兴的一项重大任务，举全党全社会之力加快农业农村现代化，让广大农民过上更加美好的生活。《案例》收集了全国31个省区市的50个典型案例，是中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路发展成果的生动反映，也是中国为全球减贫和发展事业作出的独特贡献。

The Communist Party of China and the Chinese government always attach great importance to rural work. We have introduced a host of policies and measures to accelerate rural infrastructure construction and public service improvement and stated clearly that we must continue to make solving problems relating to agriculture, rural areas and farmers the top priority in the Party's work, make comprehensively promoting rural revitalization a major task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and mobilize the efforts of the whole Party and society to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas so that farmers can live a better life. This 50 cases from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China compiled in this report are a vivid illustration of the achievements of the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics and China's unique contribution to global poverty reduction and development.

农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题，必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重。要坚持农业农村优先发展，按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求，建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系，加快推进农业农村现代化。

Issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and rural people are fundamental to China as they directly concern our country's stability and our people's wellbeing. Addressing these issues should have a central place on the work agenda of the Party, and we must prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas. To build rural areas with thriving businesses, pleasant living environments, social etiquette and civility, effective governance, and prosperity, we need to put in place sound systems, mechanisms, and policies for promoting integrated urban-rural development, and speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
