—We should build a BRICS committed to justice, and we must all act as forerunners in reforming global governance. The international power dynamics is undergoing profound changes, but global governance reform has lagged behind for a long time. We should champion true multilateralism and adhere to the vision of global governance characterized by extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. We must ensure that global governance reform is guided by the principles of fairness, justice, openness and inclusiveness. In light of the rise of the Global South, we should respond favorably to the calls from various countries to join BRICS. We should advance the process of expanding BRICS membership and establishing a partner country mechanism, and enhance the representation and voice of developing nations in global governance.

We uphold solidarity and coordination and rise to global challenges with resolve. Together, China and LAC countries champion true multilateralism, uphold international fairness and justice, advance global governance reform, and promote multipolarization of the world and greater democracy in international relations. We have worked together to address global challenges like climate change, and advance progress in global biodiversity governance. China and Brazil jointly issued a six-point common understanding on the political settlement of the Ukraine crisis, which has been endorsed by more than 110 countries, contributing our wisdom and strength to resolving international hotspot issues.

访问期间，两国发表了关于全球战略稳定的联合声明，重申中俄致力于践行真正的多边主义，支持联合国及其相关多边机制发挥中心作用，强调核武器国家对国际安全和全球战略稳定负有特殊责任，呼吁摒弃冷战思维和零和博弈，通过平等对话和磋商解决关切，增进信任、避免误判。这体现了中俄致力于维护和加强全球战略稳定的大国担当。

During the visit, China and Russia issued a joint statement on global strategic stability, reiterating that the two sides will endeavor to practice true multilateralism and support the central role of the UN and relevant multilateral mechanism. The two sides stressed that nuclear-weapon states, which bear special responsibility for international security and global strategic stability, should reject Cold War mentality and zero-sum games, address concerns via dialogue and consultations on an equal footing, and build confidence to avoid dangerous miscalculations. This demonstrates China and Russia’s sense of responsibility as major countries for upholding and enhancing global strategic stability. 

世界要公道，不要霸道。历史和现实都表明，应对全球性挑战必须坚持共商共建共享的全球治理观，坚持对话而不对抗、结伴而不结盟、共赢而非零和，践行真正的多边主义，兼顾各方合理关切，维护国际规则和秩序。我们坚信，世界各国人民都会选择站在历史正确一边、站在公平正义一边。

The world needs justice, not hegemonism. History and reality have proven that to meet global challenges, it is important to uphold the vision of global governance featuring extensive consultation and joint contribution for shared benefit. It is also important to choose dialogue over confrontation, build partnerships over alliances, and pursue win-win cooperation over zero-sum games. It is equally important to practice true multilateralism, accommodate the legitimate concerns of all parties, and safeguard international norms and order. We firmly believe that people around the world will choose to stand on the right side of history and the side of fairness and justice.
