—We should build a BRICS committed to justice, and we must all act as forerunners in reforming global governance. The international power dynamics is undergoing profound changes, but global governance reform has lagged behind for a long time. We should champion true multilateralism and adhere to the vision of global governance characterized by extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. We must ensure that global governance reform is guided by the principles of fairness, justice, openness and inclusiveness. In light of the rise of the Global South, we should respond favorably to the calls from various countries to join BRICS. We should advance the process of expanding BRICS membership and establishing a partner country mechanism, and enhance the representation and voice of developing nations in global governance.

作为安理会常任理事国，中方将继续同安理会成员和各方加强在联合国团结协作，共同践行真正的多边主义，维护联合国宪章宗旨和原则，继续为世界和平与发展事业担当尽责。

As a Permanent Member of the UN Security Council, China stands ready to work with all parties, including the Security Council members, to strengthen solidarity and coordination in the UN, practice true multilateralism, uphold the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, and continue fulfilling our duties for world peace and development.

The two presidents share the view that in a fluid world with century-defining changes, China and Serbia need to strengthen strategic communication, practice true multilateralism, oppose hegemonism and power politics, and uphold international fairness and justice. The two sides will make concerted efforts to implement the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative, and contribute solutions and strength to tackling challenges to world development and international security, promoting exchange and mutual learning between civilizations, as well as reforming and improving global governance.

China attaches great importance to the treaty, and supports the universality, effectiveness, and authority of the treaty. Chinese delegation has intensively and constructively participated in the review conference in the spirit of solidarity and coordination. China calls on all states parties to uphold true multilateralism and the concept of common security, improve the international and regional security environment, earnestly safeguard global strategic stability, eliminate the root causes of the proliferation of nuclear weapons, create more favorable conditions for orderly advancing the process of nuclear disarmament, peacefully resolve the hotspot issues related to nuclear non-proliferation through dialogue and negotiation, earnestly defend the legitimate rights and interests of all countries to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and fully leverage the important role of the NPT for peace and development in this era.
