After more than a decade of continuous hard work and nurture, BRICS cooperation has struck deep roots and come a long way. It has enjoyed robust momentum and become a key force in international affairs. China, as the BRICS chair last year, held a successful 14th BRICS Summit and achieved a series of pioneering, guiding and institutional outcomes. During the BRICS China Year, more than 160 meetings and events, covering more than 30 specific areas, were held, leaving a deep China imprint on BRICS cooperation.
