你所说的是完全不同性质的问题。中国在巴基斯坦开展了一些帮助巴经济发展和有利于社会民生的项目，这些项目中有的位于巴控克什米尔地区。中方有关企业开展相关项目，主要目的是帮助当地发展经济，改善民生。这丝毫不影响中国在克什米尔问题上的立场。
What you mentioned are two matters completely different in nature. China has undertaken some projects in Pakistan to help it grow its economy and improve people’s livelihood. These projects are in Pakistan-occupied areas of Kashmir. Relevant Chinese companies conduct the relevant projects with the purpose of helping Pakistan to develop its economy and improve people’s livelihood. This does not affect China’s position on the Kashmir issue.
