中国媒体近期发布的《涉疆谎言是如何产生的？》报告指出，美西方反华势力利用谎言谣言抹黑攻击中国已经形成了一个套路：先是以所谓“学者”“受害者”名义放风爆料，接着媒体跟进炒作，然后是官方呼应介入。按照这一套路，一篇篇“证词”“报告”层出不穷，一批批“导演”“演员”粉墨登场。对此，中方已经发布了12本涉疆白皮书、《关于涉疆问题的谎言与事实真相》，新疆维吾尔自治区举行了40多场专题发布会介绍新疆的真实情况。涉疆问题的本质到底是什么，大家其实都看得很清楚。我们也看到了视频显示美国前国务卿鲍威尔办公室主任威尔克森、美国联邦调查局前翻译埃德蒙兹亲口承认，美方其实根本不在乎什么新疆少数民族，只不过是要利用他们制造动乱，从内部搞垮中国，实现他们祸乱新疆、以疆制华的阴谋。有很多报道，如美国独立新闻网站“灰色地带”刊文揭露反华伪“学者”郑国恩滥用数据、歪曲资料、援引虚假“证言”编造新疆“种族灭绝”的世纪谎言；香港《南华早报》、澳大利亚公民党刊物《澳人警示服务》、巴西《米纳斯州报》等多家媒体刊发报告文章，介绍新疆反恐成就，披露美国等西方国家在反恐问题上的双重标准和“以疆制华”的地缘政治阴谋。新加坡《联合早报》、“世界报业辛迪加”网站、瑞典和平与未来研究基金会、美国独立网站Counterpunch分别刊文或发布报告，明确指出美国所谓新疆“强迫劳动”、“种族灭绝”的说法没有任何证据。挪威弗洛恩市前市长发表《认定新疆种族灭绝别有用心》的专题报告，对美国有关智库报告的客观性、真实性、严谨性逐条批驳。法国作家维瓦斯在《维吾尔族假新闻的终结》中用自己两次访疆亲身经历，证明各类涉疆谣言谎言纯属无稽之谈。

As is pointed out in a recent article titled "Things to Know about All the Lies on Xinjiang: How Have They Come About?" on Chinese media, the anti-China forces in the US and the West seem to have developed a routine for manufacturing and peddling lies and rumors to attack China. First, rumors are packaged as information leaked by "scholars" and "victims", which are then hyped up by media, and followed by official intervention. With this routine, "witness accounts" and "reports" emerge one after another, "directors" and "actors" come on stage in various disguises. In response, China has issued 12 white papers on Xinjiang and "Fact Check: Lies on Xinjiang-related issues versus the truth". The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has also held more than 40 special press conferences to share the real situation in Xinjiang. I believe you all have a very clear idea of what the issue is truly about. As we all noted, Lawrence Wilkerson, chief of staff to former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Sibel Edmonds, former FBI translator, admitted that they never care about people or any ethnic minority in Xinjiang. They only want to use them to foment unrest and destabilize China from internal places rather than external in order to realize their conspiracy of disrupting Xinjiang and containing China. There are many media reports about this. US independent news website The Greyzone published an article exposing how anti-China "scholar" Adrian Zenz has fabricated the centenary lie of "genocide" in Xinjiang through data abuse, information distortion and false witness account. The Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post, the Australian Citizens Party's weekly publication The Australian Alert Service, and Brazil's Estado de Minas and many other media ran reports and articles to show the effective counter-terrorism work in Xinjiang and expose the double standard on fighting terrorism held by Western countries including the US and their geopolitical conspiracy to use Xinjiang to contain China. The Singapore-based Lianhe Zaobao, the website Project Syndicate, the Sweden-based Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research and the US independent website Counterpunch published articles or released reports to point out that the US claim of "forced labor" and "genocide" in Xinjiang is totally groundless. A recently-released feature report by former mayor of Frogn municipality in Norway, "The Xinjiang Genocide Determination As Agenda", laid bare the lack of objectivity, verity and integrity of a report alleging genocide in Xinjiang by US think tanks. Another example, French author Maxime Vivas in his book "Uyghurs: To Put an End to Fake News" proved that all sorts of lies and rumors on Xinjiang are baseless with his own two trips there.

但是无论他们头埋得再深，耳朵捂得再严，新疆的事实和真相都在那里。美国等少数西方国家的一些政客出于遏制打压中国的险恶用心，毫无底线地编造谎言谣言。这出戏正被越来越多的人看透和识破，已经没有任何价值，只会使美国自身信誉加速破产。所以奉劝他们还是及早收手为好。

But no matter how deep they bury their heads into the sand or how hard they try to cover their ears, the facts and truth about Xinjiang are there for all to see. These politicians in the US and other Western countries have been fabricating lies and rumors without any scruples out of the vicious intention of suppressing and containing China, but this farce is being seen through by more and more people. The cheap shot will only accelerate the erosion of the credibility of the US itself. So they should know better than keeping up the play.

华春莹中方此前已就G7外长会联合公报有关涉台内容表明了严正立场。美国务卿布林肯的有关声明严重违背一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，严重干涉中国内政，中方对此表示强烈不满和坚决反对。

Hua Chunying China has stated its solemn position on the content concerning Taiwan in the communiqué of the G7 foreign ministers' meeting. The statement by US Secretary of State Blinken gravely violates the one-China principle and the three China-US joint communiqués and interferes in China's domestic affairs. We deplore and reject it.

美国出于政治目的，大肆炒作不让台参加世卫大会将“危及全球卫生目标”，不利于应对未来公共卫生危机，这是他们编造的政治谎言。事实上，没有谁比我们更关心台湾同胞的健康福祉。疫情发生以来，中国中央政府在大陆之外最先邀请台湾地区卫生专家赴湖北武汉考察，分享了13次共计52份防疫资料，多次向台湾地区通报疫情防控最新消息，包括在大陆确诊的台湾居民信息，并专程通报大陆与世卫组织分享病毒基因序列和获取相关基因序列途径的信息。截至5月5日，中国中央政府向台湾地区通报新冠肺炎疫情258次。今年3月，两岸还通过视频连线方式，举办了两岸防疫政策与经验交流座谈会，分享技术经验。

Driven by political agenda, the US is pushing the narrative that excluding Taiwan from the WHA will imperil shared global health objectives and would be detrimental to efforts to prevent future health crises. This is nothing but a political lie. As a matter of fact, no one cares more about the health and welfare of our compatriots in Taiwan than us. After COVID-19 broke out, t he Central Government of China invited health experts from the Taiwan region, before inviting anyone else outside the mainland, to visit Wuhan, Hubei Province to see the situation on the ground. We shared 52 epidemic-prevention documents with Taiwan in 13 batches and updated it on the latest information for multiple times, including information on Taiwan residents infected in the mainland. We also notified it in particular of the information that the mainland shared the genome sequencing and routes to obtain relevant genome sequencing. By May 5, the Central Government had given the Taiwan region 258 updates about the COVID-19 outbreak. In March this year, a cross-strait virtual seminar on prevention policies and experience-sharing was held to share technical experience.

我想指出，台湾当局多次自诩所谓“防疫模范生”，美方也在多个场合公开赞扬台所谓“抗疫成果”，另一边却又危言耸听说会“危及全球卫生目标”，这难道不是自相矛盾吗？这充分说明了美方所说的“将2400万台湾民众排除在世卫大会之外，不利于应对未来的公共卫生危机”是彻头彻尾的政治操弄，目的不过是为台参与世卫大会制造借口。

I want to draw your attention to one point. Isn't it self-contradictory for the Taiwan authority to tout itself as a model for epidemic prevention and for the US to pile praise on Taiwan's anti-epidemic outcomes while sensationalizing the narrative of imperiling global heath objectives? This exposes fully that the US claim that excluding the 24 million Taiwan people at the WHA would be detrimental to collective international efforts to prevent future health crises is purely political manipulation to justify Taiwan's participation in the WHA.
