汪文斌过去20年来，经过中非双方携手努力，中非合作论坛已经成为巩固中非团结友好、推动中非共同发展、促进中非人民友谊的重要平台和务实合作的有效机制，论坛合作成果实实在在，惠及中非人民。同20年前相比，中非贸易额去年达到2087亿美元，中国对非直接投资存量达到491亿美元，分别增长了20倍和100倍。中国在非洲修建的铁路和公路均超过6000公里，建设了近20个港口和80多个大型电力设施，给非洲的经济社会发展带来了显著变化。中国累计向非洲国家提供了大约12万个政府奖学金名额，在非洲46个国家合建了61所孔子学院和44家孔子课堂，向非洲48国派遣医疗队队员2.1万人次，诊治非洲患者约2.2亿人次。中非合作既助力中华民族伟大复兴，也促进非洲的联合自强，充分证明发展中国家通过自主探索完全有能力闯出一条适合自身国情的振兴道路。
Wang Wenbin Thanks to the joint efforts of China and Africa over the past 20 years, FOCAC has grown into an important platform to consolidate unity and friendship between China and Africa, promote common development and deepen people-to-people bond as well as an effective mechanism for practical cooperation. It has yielded tangible fruitful results and benefited the Chinese and African people. China-Africa trade reached $208.7 billion last year, and China's direct investment stock in Africa stood at US $49.1 billion, 20 times and 100 times more than 20 years ago respectively. China has built more than 6,000 kilometers of railways and roads respectively in Africa, developed nearly 20 ports and more than 80 large power facilities in Africa, which has brought significant changes to Africa's economic and social development. China has provided about 120,000 government scholarships to African countries, established 61 Confucius Institutes and 44 Confucius classrooms in 46 African countries, and sent a total of 21,000 medical workers to 48 African countries, offering treatment to about 220 million patients. China-Africa cooperation has not only contributed to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also contributed to the strength of Africa through unity. This fully demonstrates that developing countries, through independent exploration, are fully capable of finding a path of rejuvenation suited to their own national conditions.
王毅国务委员在中非合作论坛成立20周年纪念招待会上就推动论坛在新时代继续引领中非关系创新发展提出四点主张，倡导建设更加紧密的中非命运共同体、卫生健康共同体、发展共同体，中非合作共同推动建设人类命运共同体，得到非方一致高度评价。明年将在塞内加尔举办新一届论坛会议，中方将同非方加强对接，结合疫情形势变化做好会议筹备和成果设计，不断发掘中非合作新的契合点和增长点，凝聚中非团结新共识，挖掘中非合作新领域，创造中非人民新福祉。我们相信，中非合作论坛将继续成为引领中非合作的旗帜，践行多边主义的楷模，坚持互利共赢的典范。
State Councilor Wang Yi put forward four propositions on how to enable FOCAC to continue leading China-Africa relations to achieve progress in creative ways at the reception commemorating the 20th anniversary of FOCAC, namely, to build a stronger China-Africa community with a shared future, a community of health and development for all, and a community with a shared future for mankind, which has been applauded by African diplomats in China. As the next forum will be held in Senegal next year, China will strengthen coordination with the African side to make good preparations and blueprint the outcomes in light of the changing pandemic situation. Together we will create greater synergy, nurture new growth points, form new consensus on China-Africa solidarity, explore new cooperation areas, and bring new benefits to the Chinese and African peoples. We believe that FOCAC will continue to be a pacesetter for China-Africa cooperation, a champion of multilateralism, and a fine example of mutually beneficial cooperation.

汪文斌世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，中华人民共和国政府是代表中国的唯一合法政府。这是一个客观事实，也是国际关系基本准则。历史上，台湾曾被日本所侵占。但1943年《开罗宣言》、1945年《波茨坦公告》均明确规定，日本所窃取的中国领土，例如台湾等，必须归还中国。1971年，联合国大会通过第2758号决议，再次确认了一个中国的原则。在一个中国原则基础上，中国已经同世界上180个国家建立了正式外交关系。
Wang Wenbin There is only one China in the world, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. The Central People's Government of the PRC is the sole legitimate government representing China. This is an objective fact and a basic norm governing international relations. Taiwan was once occupied by Japan, but the 1943 Cairo Declaration and the 1945 Potsdam Declaration clearly stipulate that the Chinese territory occupied by Japan, like Taiwan, shall be returned to China. Resolution 2758 adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1971 also reaffirmed the one-China principle. It is based on the one-China principle that China has formally established diplomatic ties with 180 countries worldwide.
