赵立坚日本福岛核事故造成放射性物质泄漏，对海洋环境、食品安全和人类健康已经产生了深远的影响。希望日本政府秉持对本国国民、周边国家以及国际社会高度负责的态度，深入评估福岛核电站含氚废水处理方案可能带来的影响，主动及时地以严格、准确、公开、透明的方式披露信息，在与周边国家充分协商的基础上慎重做出决策。

Zhao Lijian The radioactive leak caused by the meltdown of the Fukushima nuclear power plant has had profound impact on marine environment, food safety and human health. We hope the Japanese government will act with a high sense of responsibility towards its own people, neighboring countries and the international community, conduct thorough assessment of the possible effect of  treatment process for tritium-contaminated waste water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant, disclose relevant information in a voluntary, timely, strict, accurate, open and transparent manner, and make prudent decisions after full consultation with neighboring countries.

赵立坚美方做法毫无道理。中方一贯反对美方实施单边制裁。美方还指称中方将向伊大规模出口武器。中方军品出口的政策和实践，体现了我们高度负责任的态度。反而是美国四处兜售军火，利用军贸服务地缘政治利益，甚至露骨干涉其他国家内政，还撤销对《武器贸易条约》签署，根本无权对中方说三道四。

Zhao Lijian The United States' move makes no sense. China opposes unilateral sanctions imposed by the US. The United States even  claims China will export huge amounts of weapons to Iran. In fact, China's policy and practice on export of military articles reflect a high sense of responsibility. By contrast, the US has been selling its arms all over the world, seeking geopolitical interests through arms trade, interfering in other countries' internal affairs and even withdrawing its signing of the Arms Trade Treaty. It is in no position to make unwarranted accusations against China.

总台央视记者一段时间以来，美国大肆鼓吹“清洁网络”计划，企图借此打压中国高科技企业。同时我们注意到，欧洲竞争电信协会（ECTA）日前发布消息，谴责出于地缘政治原因对中国5G供应商的任何禁令，强调只有在确凿事实基础上才能证明此类决定是合理的，警告排除特定供应商将对消费者、企业和市场产生不利后果。中方对此有何评论？

CCTV The United States has been boasting its "Clean Network" program and trying to suppress Chinese hi-tech companies. In the meantime, as we noticed, the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA) issued a statement to denounce any bans of Chinese 5G suppliers for geopolitical reasons and emphasize that such decisions can only be justified on the basis of well-established facts, stressing that the exclusion of specific suppliers will have negative impacts on consumers, enterprises and markets. Does the foreign ministry have any comment on this?

首先，这个“肮脏网络”是“窃听网络”。美国长期以来大肆进行网络窃听监视，近日更是发动“五眼联盟”及相关国家公开要求企业在加密应用程序中设置“后门”。华为多次明确表示，愿同所有国家签署“无后门协议”。美国之所以打压华为，可能是因为担心如果他国使用华为，美国就再也无法走“后门”，搞窃听了吧。

First of all, this is a network of tapping. The United States has long been conducting cyber tapping and surveillance, and its latest move was to lead the Five Eyes in asking companies to install "backdoors" in encrypted apps. Huawei said on multiple occasions that it would like to sign a "no backdoors" deal with all countries. I guess the reason why the United States suppresses Huawei is that it can no longer tap on others through backdoors once Huawei is used by other countries.
