In his recent speech at the general debate of the 75th United Nations General Assembly, President Xi Jinping reiterated that China will actively participate in global scientific research on the origin and transmission routes of the virus. China will maintain close communication and coordination with the WHO in this regard to advance bilateral cooperation and contribute to global cooperation on tracing the virus source and fighting the pandemic.
