最后，我要强调，美方一些人企图将中国抗击疫情污名化，企图向中国推卸责任，这种做法无视中国人民为维护人类健康安全作出的巨大牺牲，诋毁中国为全球公共卫生安全作出的重大贡献，有违世卫组织的专业意见，更与国际社会共同抗击疫情的期待和努力背道而驰。我们希望美方尊重客观事实，尊重国际公论，做好自己的事，停止翻手为云、覆手为雨，停止诋毁他国、转嫁责任，为世界各国携手抗击疫情、维护国际公共卫生安全发挥建设性作用。

Finally, I would like to stress that some people on the US side are trying to stigmatize China's efforts in an attempt to shirk responsibility. They have ignored the huge sacrifices the Chinese people made in safeguarding the health and safety of all mankind, and vilified China's significant contributions to global public health security. Their moves run counter to the WHO's professional advice and the expectations and efforts of the international community to fight the pandemic together. We hope the US side will respect facts and the international consensus, and keep its own house in order rather than slander others and shift responsibility. It needs to play a constructive role in enhancing international cooperation and safeguarding international public health security.

答我前天说过，我们永远不会忘记在中国新冠肺炎疫情最严重的时候，国际社会对中国提供的政治支持和物资捐助。当前，我们也在向遭受疫情的国家伸出援助之手，主要从四个方面做出努力：一是在政府间援助方面，中国政府已经宣布向82个国家和世卫组织、非盟提供援助，包括检测试剂、口罩、防护服等，其中多批援助物资已经送达受援方。二是在医疗技术合作方面，我们和世界各国分享中国的诊疗方案，与很多国家和国际组织举行卫生专家视频会议，并向伊朗、伊拉克和意大利派遣医疗专家组。三是在地方政府援助方面，中国有关地方政府已经向韩国、日本、意大利等国的城市捐赠了物资。四是在民间援助方面，中国的很多企业和民间机构已经开始向有关国家提供捐赠。

A I said yesterday that we will never forget the political support and material donations from the international community at the height of the epidemic in China. Now we are also reaching out to the affected countries to help them in four areas. First, intergovernmental assistance. The Chinese government has announced assistance to 82 countries, the WHO and the AU. The assistance includes testing reagents, masks and protective gowns. Many batches of these supplies have been delivered to the recipients. Second, medical technological cooperation. We have shared our treatment experience with the rest of the world, held video conferences with health experts from many countries and international organizations, and sent medical teams to Iran, Iraq and Italy. Third, sub-national assistance. Local governments in China have donated supplies to cities in the ROK, Japan and Italy. Fourth, non-governmental assistance. Chinese enterprises and civil organizations are also making donations to countries affected.

第一个例子是韩国。韩国是首批对华捐助抗疫物资数量最多的国家之一，我记得韩国驻中国大使馆的外墙上张贴着“中国的困难就是我们的困难”的标语。韩国疫情趋于严重后，中国政府向韩国援助了口罩、防护服等医疗物资，20多个地方政府通过国际友城渠道向首尔、大邱、庆尚北道等地捐赠口罩、防护服、护目镜、检测试剂、测温仪等物资。

The first example is the ROK. The ROK is among the first group of countries that donated large amounts of supplies to China. I remember a slogan on the wall of the ROK Embassy in China that reads "China's problems are our problems". After the situation got severe in the ROK, the Chinese government provided medical supplies such as masks and protective suits to it. More than 20 local governments in China donated masks, protective suits, goggles, testing reagents, thermometers and other supplies to their sister cities including Seoul, Daegu and North Gyeongsang.

第三个例子是意大利。意大利为中国抗击疫情表达了政治声援，提供了物质支持。意大利疫情严重后，中国政府和多个地方政府都向意大利捐助了医疗物资，我们已经派出了两批医疗专家组，即将派出第三批。我刚刚得知，中国丝路基金决定向意大利民事保护局和伦巴第大区政府捐赠2万只N95口罩、2万人份检测试剂，第一批物资已经运抵意大利。

The third example is Italy. Italy has provided political and material support to China's fight against COVID-19. After the serious outbreak in Italy, the Chinese government and a number of local governments donated medical supplies to Italy. We sent two groups of medical specialists and are about to send the third. I just learned that China's Silk Road Fund has decided to donate 20,000 N95 respirators and 20,000 testing kits to Italy's Civil Protection Agency and the government of the Lombardy region. The first batch has arrived in Italy.
