Can you share more details on that?
林剑昨天，“金砖+”领导人对话会在俄罗斯喀山成功举行，习近平主席出席并发表重要讲话。习近平主席提出三点主张：坚守和平，实现共同安全；重振发展，实现普遍繁荣；共兴文明，实现多元和谐。我们要做维护和平的稳定力量，加强全球安全治理，探索标本兼治的热点问题解决之道；要做共同发展的中坚力量，积极参与和引领全球经济治理体系改革，推动把发展置于国际经贸议程中心地位；要做文明互鉴的促进力量，增进沟通对话，支持彼此走符合本国国情的现代化道路。这三点主张与三大全球倡议一脉相承，不仅回应了“全球南方”求和平、谋发展、促合作的迫切需要，也彰显了中国与“全球南方”携手并进、共谋发展的坚定决心。
Lin Jian Yesterday the “BRICS Plus” Dialogue was successfully held in Kazan. President Xi Jinping attended the event and delivered important remarks. President Xi Jinping made a three-point proposal: we should uphold peace and strive for common security, reinvigorate development and strive for common prosperity, and promote together development of all civilizations and strive for harmony among them. We should come forward together to form a stabilizing force for peace. We should strengthen global security governance, and explore solutions to address both symptoms and roots of hotspot issues. We should make ourselves the main driving force for common development. We should play an active and leading role in the global economic governance reform, and make development the core of international economic and trade agenda. We should be advocates for exchanges among civilizations. We should enhance communication and dialogue, and support each other in taking the path to modernization suited to our respective national conditions. The three-point proposal is consistent with the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative. The proposal not only responds to the Global South’s urgent need for peace, development and cooperation, but also demonstrates China’s firm determination of joining hands with the Global South for common development.
中国始终是“全球南方”的一员，同广大发展中国家团结合作是中国对外关系不可动摇的根基。我们提出“全球南方”开放包容合作倡议，宣布支持“全球南方”合作八项举措，向160多个国家提供发展援助，同150多个国家携手共建“一带一路”，同100多个国家和联合国等多个国际组织推进全球发展倡议合作，投入并动员近200亿美元发展资金，开展了1100多个项目，以实际行动为“全球南方”发展振兴注入强劲动力。
China is always a member of the Global South. Solidarity and cooperation with fellow developing countries is the unshakable foundation of China’s foreign relations. We proposed to carry out open and inclusive cooperation of the Global South, announced eight measures in support of Global South cooperation, provided development assistance for over 160 countries, conducted Belt and Road cooperation with more than 150 countries, advanced cooperation on the Global Development Initiative with more than 100 countries, the UN and many other international organizations, invested and mobilized nearly US$20 billion of development fund and carried out over 1,100 projects, injecting strong impetus for the development and prosperity of the Global South with concrete actions.
无论国际形势如何变化，中国心系“全球南方”的初心永远不变，支持“全球南方”发展振兴的承诺永远不减，将继续同“全球南方”国家一道，推动“大金砖合作”高质量发展，谱写“全球南方”团结合作的新篇章。
No matter how the international landscape may evolve, China will, as always, keep the Global South in its heart and stay committed to supporting the development and prosperity of the Global South. China will continue to work with Global South countries to advance high-quality development of greater BRICS cooperation and open up a new chapter of solidarity and cooperation of the Global South.

Lin Jian During President Stubb’s visit, President Xi Jinping will have talks with him, and Premier Li Qiang and Chairman Zhao Leji will meet with him respectively. The two sides will have in-depth exchanges of views on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.

Finland was one of the first Western countries to recognize New China. Our bilateral relations are growing with a sound momentum. 林剑我们已经多次就这个问题阐述了中方立场。中方不了解相关情况。对于乌克兰危机，中方的立场是一贯、明确的，我们始终主张各方要推动缓和局势，致力于政治解决。
Lin Jian We have stated more than once China’s position on that. China does not have information on that and our position on the Ukraine crisis is consistent and clear. We always believe that all parties need to promote the deescalation of the situation and strive for a political settlement.
