毛宁我注意到，上周博鳌亚洲论坛也发布了关于亚洲经济前景的年度报告，认为今年亚洲整体复苏步伐加快，预计增长率将远高于同期世界平均水平，而中国将是亚洲经济增长最大的动力源。
Mao Ning I noted that the Boao Forum for Asia also released its annual report last week, which pointed out that Asia is expected to accelerate its pace in overall economic recovery in 2023 and far outdo the world average in terms of growth rate, and that China will be the biggest source of growth for the Asian economy.
同时，正如世行报告指出，很多国家担忧美国大搞“脱钩断链”、贸易保护主义，破坏全球产供链稳定，不利于世界经济增长，不符合任何国家利益。
At the same time, just as the World Bank report noted, many countries are concerned about the US’s practices of decoupling and disruption of industrial and supply chains and trade protectionism, which destabilize the industrial and supply chains, do not serve world economic growth and are in no country’s interest.

Mao Ning China firmly opposes the US’s arrangement for Tsai Ing-wen’s “transit” trip to the US and a meeting between her and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, the third highest-ranking official of the US government, because it seriously contravenes the one-China principle and provisions in the three China-US joint communiqués and gravely undermines China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
我们敦促美方恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，不得允许蔡英文“过境”窜美，不安排美政要和官员同蔡会面或接触。中方将密切跟踪事态发展，坚决有力捍卫国家主权和领土完整。
We urge the US to abide by the one-China principle and provisions in the three China-US joint communiqués, not to allow Tsai Ing-wen’s “transit” trip to the US, and not to arrange for any meeting or contact between Tsai and US political figures and officials. Mao Ning We have made it clear time and again that the unmanned Chinese civilian airship drifting over the US was a purely unexpected and isolated event caused by force majeure. China firmly rejects distortion, hyping up and political manipulation of this unexpected and isolated event.
记者追问中方确认无人飞艇属于中国已经两个多月了，如果确是民用性质，中方能否确认飞艇为哪家公司、部门或组织所有？
