一直以来，中方保持克制、秉持善意同印方沟通。中国外交部、中国驻印度大使馆多次就中方记者签证问题向印方表达关切。令人遗憾的是，印方不仅置之不理，甚至变本加厉，一错再错。鉴于上述，中方将不得不采取适当反制措施，维护中方媒体的正当权益。中方欢迎印度记者来华工作，如果印方采取积极措施改正错误，中方也愿相向而行，继续为印度记者提供便利。

Over the years, the Chinese side has actively communicated with the Indian side with restraint and goodwill. China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in India have expressed concerns to the Indian side on many occasions on the issue of Chinese journalists’ visas. Regrettably, however, the Indian side ignored this and even went further down the wrong path. Considering this, the Chinese side has no choice but to take appropriate counter-measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese media organizations. Indian journalists are welcome to work in China. If the Indian side takes positive measures to correct their mistakes, China stands ready to head toward the same direction and continue to provide facilitation for Indian journalists.

毛宁在乌克兰危机问题上，中国始终秉持客观公正立场，是政治解决危机的倡导者、劝和促谈的推动者，得到了国际社会绝大多数国家的支持。中方发布的《关于政治解决乌克兰危机的中国立场》文件全面系统体现了有关立场。历史终将证明，谁真正站在正义和正确一边。美国还有北约这样的军事集团对乌克兰危机负有不可推卸的责任。北约没有资格对中方指责施压。

Mao Ning On the Ukraine crisis, China upholds an objective and just position. We have been advocating a political settlement of the crisis and working for talks for peace. This has been supported by the vast majority of countries in the world. Our position is comprehensively and systematically outlined in China’s Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis. History will tell who is truly standing on the right side upholding justice. The US and the military bloc of NATO shoulder unshirkable responsibilities on the Ukraine crisis. NATO is in no position to criticize or pressure China.

毛宁具体问题建议向中方主管部门了解。据我们了解，国际社会普遍对有关国家的做法存在关切，希望有关国家作出澄清。美国将经贸科技问题政治化、工具化、武器化，滥用出口管制措施，甚至不惜牺牲盟友利益，胁迫一些国家加入对华出口限制的小圈子。这种霸道行径违反世贸规则，严重冲击全球产供链稳定，中方坚决反对。

As far as I know, the international community has shared concern over the practice of certain countries and hopes to get clarifications. The US politicizes, instrumentalizes and weaponizes economic, trade and tech issues, abuses export control regimes, doesn’t hesitate to sacrifice allies’ interests, and coerces other countries to join its small clique that imposes export restrictions on China. Such hegemonic acts run counter to WTO rules and seriously destabilize the global industrial and supply chains. We firmly oppose them.

毛宁据我了解，我们没有改变印方记者的签证。我可以告诉你的是，我们一直像朋友和家人一样善待印度驻华记者，结下了深厚友谊。今天的情况绝非中方所乐见。换位思考，相信印度记者朋友会对中方记者在印境遇充满同情，希望印方能拿出善意，立即纠正错误做法，为两国记者正常工作生活提供便利。

Mao Ning As far as I know, the Indian journalists’ visa status has not been changed. What I can share with you is that we have always treated China-based Indian journalists like friends and family and become friends with them. The current situation is not what we would like to see. Putting themselves in the Chinese journalists’ shoes, I’m sure the Indian journalists can fully relate to what their Chinese colleagues are going through. We hope the Indian side could show goodwill, immediately correct the wrong practice, and provide convenience for the normal work and life of journalists based in our two countries. 

毛宁中墨之间不存在所谓芬太尼非法贩运问题。中墨双边禁毒合作的渠道是畅通的，双方主管部门保持着良好沟通。中方没有收到墨方缴获来自中国的管制芬太尼前体的通报。

Mao Ning There is no such thing as illegal trafficking of fentanyl between China and Mexico. We two countries have a smooth channel of counternarcotics cooperation and the competent authorities of the two countries maintain sound communication. China has not been notified by Mexico on the seizure of scheduled fentanyl precursors from China.
