The catalogue stresses that we will continue to boost foreign investment in industries including advanced manufacturing and modern services and competitive industries in central, western and northeastern regions. These measures will further boost foreign investors’ confidence and elevate China’s opening-up. China will not tread the old path of isolation and rigidity and will only open its door even wider to the outside world.
