汪文斌各国主权和领土完整都应当得到尊重和维护，联合国宪章宗旨及原则都应当得到共同维护，这是中方一贯秉持的原则，也是各国都应该坚持的国际关系基本准则。与此同时，中方也一贯认为，一国安全不能建立在损害别国安全的基础之上，更不能出于寻求自身绝对军事优势和绝对安全而肆意损害别国主权和安全，各国的合理安全关切都应该得到尊重。
Wang Wenbin The sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries should be respected and upheld, and the purposes and principles of the UN Charter should be jointly upheld. This is a principle China always follows and a basic norm governing international relations that all countries should adhere to. At the same time, China believes that one country’s security cannot be at the expense of others’ security; still less should one country flagrantly undermine others’ sovereignty and security for its own absolute military advantage and absolute security. All countries’ legitimate security concerns should be respected.

Wang Wenbin Recently, certain Japanese politicians have been making wild talks repeatedly on the Taiwan question and irresponsible remarks about China’s internal affairs. China is firmly opposed to this.
日本历史上发动侵华战争，对台湾进行长达半个世纪的殖民统治，犯下罄竹难书的罪行，对中国人民负有严重历史罪责。第二次世界大战中，日本战败，台湾回到中国怀抱。但日国内一些势力觊觎台湾之心不死，对近代穷兵黩武、疯狂侵略扩张、野蛮殖民奴役的历史劣迹非但缺乏正视和反思，还企图借渲染炒作周边局势来谋求自身军力突破。日本政客近期频频发表涉台谬论，甚至公然发表违背本国“无核三原则”和《不扩散核武器条约》成员国义务的妄言，抛出和美国“核共享”话题，充分暴露出日国内军国主义势力阴魂不散的危险动向。
Japan committed countless crimes during its aggression against China and the colonial rule in Taiwan for half a century, and thus bears grave historical responsibilities to the Chinese people. During the second World War, Japan was defeated and Taiwan returned to the motherland. But some forces in Japan still covet Taiwan. They fail to face up to and reflect upon Japan’s track record of belligerence, unhinged aggression and expansion, and brutal colonialism and enslavement. Worse still, they attempt to exploit and hype up the situation in the neighborhood for a military breakthrough. Japanese politicians recently made absurd remarks about Taiwan, and even wild comments that openly violate its own Three Non-Nuclear Principles and the obligations of a party to the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT). Besides, by raising nuclear sharing with the US, Japan has fully exposed the dangerous tendency of lingering militarism in the country.
台湾是中国的事，不关日本的事。我们强烈敦促日方深刻反省历史，切实遵守中日四个政治文件原则和迄今承诺，在台湾问题上谨言慎行，停止挑衅滋事。
Taiwan is China’s internal affair, and has nothing to do with Japan. We strongly urge the Japanese side to have a deep reflection on history, earnestly abide by the principles stipulated in the four political documents between China and Japan and its commitments made so far, act prudently on the Taiwan question and stop making provocations.
