First, peace and development and win-win cooperation is the trend of the times and a common aspiration of all countries. Every member of the international community should abide by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, defend the UN-centered international system and the international order based on international law, and advocate peace, development, equity, justice, democracy and freedom, which are common values of humanity. We should put true multilateralism into practice, uphold the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, and reject small cliques and zero-sum games.
第二，解决国际上的事情，不能从所谓“实力地位”出发，推行霸权、霸道、霸凌，更不能打着所谓“规则”旗号破坏国际秩序、制造对抗和分裂，而应恪守互利共赢的合作观，拆除割裂贸易、投资、技术的高墙壁垒，营造包容普惠的发展前景。
Second, to resolve international issues, one should not start from "a position of strength", push for hegemony or bullying, still less undermine international order and create confrontation and division in the name of so-called "rules". Instead, countries should follow the vision of mutually beneficial cooperation, remove barriers that split trade, investment and technology, and foster an inclusive development growth prospect that benefits all.
第三，中国是世界和平的建设者、全球发展的贡献者、国际秩序的维护者、公共产品的提供者。我们将继续以中国的新发展为世界提供新机遇。我们希望有关国家跟上时代潮流，客观理性看待中国和中国的发展。
Third, China is a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, a defender of the international order and a provider of public good. It will also disrupt international industrial and supply chains and undercut global efforts to deal with climate change. The Chinese side will take all necessary measures to safeguard its businesses' legitimate rights and interests. The US should immediately correct its mistake and stop the wanton suppression targeting Chinese companies.
