Zhao Lijian On September 23, the 10th meeting of the Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was held via video link. Leaders of China's National Development and Reform Commission and Pakistan's Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives co-chaired the meeting, which was attended by about 200 representatives from government agencies, financial institutions, enterprises and public institutions of the two countries. We will stick to the "1+4" cooperation model centering on the CPEC and focusing on Gwadar Port, energy, infrastructure development and industrial cooperation, in an effort to increase the utilization rate of existing infrastructure.
