冷战已经终结30多年，全球政治经济形势今非昔比，各国利益深度交融，零和博弈、冷战思维注定要被历史所淘汰。诚如菲舍尔先生所言，二十一世纪全球性挑战要求大国拥抱合作，而不应计较“谁才是第一”。
It has been more than 30 years since the Cold War ended. Today, the political and economic landscape of the world is vastly different, with countries' interests deeply intertwined. Zero-sum game and Cold-War mentality are doomed to be discarded by history. Just as Mr. Fischer puts it, the global challenge of the 21st century will force the great powers to "embrace cooperation", regardless of who is "Number One".
