作为安理会常任理事国和负责任大国，中方一贯认真执行安理会决议，履行自身国际义务。我们积极推动半岛问题政治解决，即便在疫情之下，中方的努力也没有松懈。倒是美方，放任国内疫情居高不下，反而花这么多时间精力搞侦察监视、情报刺探，肆意污蔑别国不执行决议，还搞什么悬赏。我们很想问一下美方，你们在执行决议政治条款方面都做了什么？你们在保障朝鲜人道民生方面做了什么？你们在执行决议“可逆条款”方面又做了什么？我们奉劝美方多做些有助于推动半岛问题政治进程的事情，少搞 一些哗众取宠的事情。

As a permanent member of the UN Security Council and a responsible major country, China has always earnestly implemented Security Council resolutions and fulfilled its international obligations. We have been actively promoting the political settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue, and have not let up in our effort even amid the COVID-19 epidemic. By contrast, while leaving the epidemic unchecked at home, the US has spent so much time and energy on surveillance and spying, falsely accusing other countries of failing to implement the resolutions, and even offering rewards for intelligence. We really want to ask the US side: what have you done to implement the political provisions of the resolutions? What have you done to help with the humanitarian need and people's livelihood in the DPRK? What have you done in implementing the relevant resolution provisions on modifying sanctions? We urge the US side to do more to help advance the political process of the Korean Peninsula issue instead of being obsessed with grandstanding.
