The Australian side is very clear with the crux of the deteriorating bilateral ties. The root cause is Australia's repeated wrong acts and remarks on issues concerning China's core interests and major concerns as well as its provocative and confrontational actions.

Those who have caused problems should be the ones to solve problems. The Australian side should take concrete actions to correct their mistakes, do more to enhance mutual trust and bilateral cooperation, act in line with the requirements of China-Australia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, and create favorable atmosphere and conditions for bilateral cooperation in various fields.

赵立坚谢谢你对“一带一路”合作的关注。尽管面临新冠肺炎疫情的冲击，共建“一带一路”合作仍呈现出十足韧性。中方已与138个国家、31个国际组织签署201份共建“一带一路”合作文件，各方面工作取得积极进展。我给大家举几个例子：
Zhao Lijian Thank you for your attention to the Belt and Road cooperation. BRI cooperation is demonstrating great resilience despite the pandemic. China has signed 201 BRI cooperation documents with 138 countries and 31 international organizations. I'd like to cite some examples of the progress we made.
第一，外贸外资基本稳定。今年前三季度，中国与“一带一路”沿线国家贸易进出口总额达到9600多亿美元，增速比全国整体水平高0.8个百分点；中国对沿线国家非金融类直接投资达130亿美元，同比增长30%，高出全国整体增速32个百分点。
First, foreign trade and investment remains basically stable. In the first three quarters this year, China's trade with BRI partner countries reached over $960 billion, the increase of which is 0.8 percentage points higher than that of China's overall trade. Our direct investment in the non-financial sectors of BRI partner countries was $13 billion, registering a 30 percent year-on-year growth, and the increase is 32 percentage points higher than that of China's direct investment in the non-financial sectors of foreign countries.
第二，重大项目进展顺利。中老铁路全线隧道实现贯通，中泰铁路一期线上工程合同达成一致，印度尼西亚雅万高铁建设实现节点目标，匈牙利—塞尔维亚铁路匈牙利段项目主承包合同生效，巴基斯坦拉合尔橙线项目运营通车。这些都是“一带一路”合作项下的重要项目。
Second, major projects have been progressing smoothly. The China-Laos Railway tunnel was completed. The contract for Phase 1 of China-Thailand Railway was signed. The construction of Jakarta-Bandung Railway reached major goals. The Orange Line metro train service was inaugurated in Pakistan. These are all major projects under the BRI.
第三，中欧班列逆势增长。截至11月5日，今年中欧班列开行已经超过1万多列，已超去年全年开行量。运送货物93万标箱，同比增长54%。运输网络持续拓展，已经通达欧洲21个国家、92个城市。运送医疗物资近800万件，共计6万多吨。可以说，中欧班列已成为中欧之间抗疫合作的“生命通道”。
Third, China-Europe freight trains made more trips despite the pandemic. , China-Europe freight trains made more than 10,000 trips as of November 5, which is more than that of last year, and delivered 930,000 TEUs of goods, marking a 54 percent year-on-year growth. The transportation network is still expanding. The China-Europe Railway Express connects 21 countries and 92 cities in Europe and has delivered nearly eight million items of medical supplies, altogether over six tonnes. We can proudly say that the China-Europe Railway Express is serving as a key "cargo lifeline" for China-Europe cooperation in fighting COVID-19.
第四，健康丝绸之路取得新突破。新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，中国秉持人类命运共同体理念，向“一带一路”沿线国家提供力所能及的物资和技术援助，已经向150多个国家和国际组织提供280多批紧急抗疫物资援助。我要为“一带一路”合作取得的重大进展点一个大大的赞！
Fourth, new breakthroughs have been made in the development of a "Silk Road of health". Since the COVID-19 broke out, upholding the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, China has been providing material and technological assistance to BRI partners to the best of our ability. We have delivered over 280 batches of emergency medical supplies to more than 150 countries and international organizations. I give a big thumbs-up to the major progress achieved in BRI cooperation!
中方将继续同合作伙伴一道，秉持共商共建共享、开放绿色廉洁、高标准惠民生可持续的原则，推动“一带一路”国际合作，为各国人民带来更多实实在在的好处。
Following the principle of consultation and cooperation for shared benefits, China will continue working with BRI partners to pursue open, green and clean cooperation and high-standard and sustainable development that benefits the people.
