These practices, in glaring violation of market principles and WTO rules, severely harm the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies, and do no good to India's domestic investment and industries. China-India economic and trade cooperation is mutually beneficial by nature. We have been urging India to immediately correct its discriminatory approach and avoid causing further damage to bilateral cooperation. It should provide a non-discriminatory, level playing field for all foreign companies, including Chinese ones.
