今年1月中美签署第一阶段经贸协议以来，中方认真落实协议，有关部门为推动协议执行做了大量工作。新冠肺炎疫情和美国加严对华出口管制等限制措施，对一些商品和服务的进口产生了一定影响。在当前形势下，双方需要共同努力，加强合作，共克时艰。希望美方停止对中国企业的限制措施和歧视性做法，为落实第一阶段经贸协议创造条件。
Since the phase one trade deal was signed in January, the Chinese side has been fulfilling its commitment in real earnest with relevant authorities putting in a large amount of work to ensure implementation. The COVID-19 pandemic and US restrictive measures including stronger export control against China have had some impact on China's import of certain goods and services. Under current circumstances, the two sides need to work together and strengthen cooperation to overcome the challenge. We hope the US will stop restrictive measures and discriminatory practice against Chinese companies to create conditions for implementing the phase one trade deal.
