On the issue of Huawei, the US has not a single piece of evidence that Huawei poses a threat to its national security. Huawei is a Chinese company, more advanced than its US peers in 5G sector, and that's where the US believes it has got wrong. The US cannot tolerate anything better than it, so it has abused its state power to oppress Huawei on trumped-up charges. This is economic bullying, a blatant rejection of the market economy principles that the US has always prided itself on. The world sees this very clearly.
我们敦促美方停止泛化国家安全概念，停止对中国的蓄意抹黑指责，停止对中国特定企业的无理打压，为中国企业在美正常经营提供公平、公正、非歧视的环境。美国企业希望中方为其提供公平、公正、非歧视环境，但他们也应将心比心想一想，有哪个国家的企业像中国华为等企业一样，在美国遭到如此不公平、无理和蛮横对待？我认为有正义感的国家和人士都应该站出来大声呼吁。
