汪文斌副司长从事外交工作已经27年，曾在外交部新闻司、西欧司、政策司、办公厅，以及中国驻塞内加尔、喀麦隆和毛里求斯使领馆工作。他于2017年至2020年期间任中国驻突尼斯大使。汪文斌副司长有着丰富的外交工作经验和良好的沟通能力。我相信他很快会和各位中外记者朋友熟悉起来，打成一片，融洽相处、愉快合作。我相信记者朋友们会像支持我和历任发言人一样支持汪文斌副司长的工作。下面请文斌副司长和大家打个招呼。
Deputy Director General Wang Wenbin has been engaged in diplomatic work for 27 years. He once worked in the Information Department, Department of Western European Affairs, Policy Planning Department and General Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Chinese diplomatic missions in Senegal, Cameroon and Mauritius. He served as China's Ambassador to Tunisia from 2017 to 2020. Deputy Director General Wang Wenbin is a seasoned diplomat and good communicator. I believe that he will soon become friend with all Chinese and foreign journalists. I believe our friends from the press will support Deputy Director General Wang Wenbin as they have supported me and all previous spokespersons. Now I'll give the floor to him.
汪文斌各位记者朋友，大家下午好！感谢华春莹司长今天专门把我介绍给大家。我很高兴、也很荣幸能够在这个讲台上和大家结识。正如刚才春莹司长介绍的那样，我已有27年的外交工作经历，但作为外交部发言人，我还是一个新人。我将努力向我的前任们学习，真诚地同广大记者朋友们沟通交流，向大家及时、准确地介绍中国的外交政策和外交理念，增进中外人民之间的相互了解和友谊。今后的日子里，我会认真对待大家提出的每一个问题，为大家的工作提供力所能及的帮助，同时也期待能够得到大家的理解和支持。由于疫情原因，今天我就不再一一和大家打招呼了，但我相信今后会有更多机会和大家交流。谢谢大家！
Wang Wenbin Friends from the press, good afternoon! Thank you, Director General Hua Chunying, for introducing me today. It is my great pleasure and honor to meet you all at this podium. As Director General Hua said, I have been serving as a diplomat for 27 years, but I am a new hand as a Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry. I will do my best to learn from my predecessors and communicate with our journalist friends sincerely. I will introduce China's foreign policy and diplomatic visions to you in a timely and accurate manner so as to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the rest of the world. In the days to come, I will take each and every of your questions seriously and facilitate your work to the best of my capability. At the same time, I look also forward to your understanding and support. Because of the epidemic, I'm afraid I won't be able to shake hands with you one by one today, but I believe we'll have many more opportunities to talk with each other in the future. Thank you!
