After COVID-19 broke out in China, the Saudi leadership was among the first to express sympathies and support. The Saudi government and people from all walks of life exten ded a helping hand to us with batches of supplies. Currently as Saudi Arabia faces the same challenge, China, likewise, stands firmly with it and is ready to provide assistance as its ability permits. The Chinese experts sent to Saudi Arabia are from such fields as lab-testing, prevention and control of infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, critical case treatment, nursing, and traditional Chinese medicine. They will share experience with the Saudi side and provide guidance and training in prevention, control, diagnosis and treatment. Besides, they will also provide technical guidance, protective supplies, and traditional Chinese medicine consulting for staff of the Chinese embassy and Chinese businesses, Chinese nationals and ethnic Chinese in Saudi Arabia.
病毒无国界，携手共担当。作为全面战略合作伙伴，中方愿与沙方继续密切合作，维护好两国人民生命安全和身体健康，共同战胜新冠肺炎疫情这一人类共同敌人。
The virus respects no borders and calls for a joint response. As comprehensive strategic cooperative partners, China and Saudi Arabia will continue close cooperation to safeguard people's life and health and vanquish the common enemy to all human beings.
二、为支持非洲国家加强应对新冠肺炎疫情，中国政府决定向埃塞俄比亚、布基纳法索派遣抗疫医疗专家组，与两国医疗卫生机构分享交流抗疫经验，并提供防疫指导和技术咨询，增强其疫情防控能力。
II. In order to support African countries in strengthening their response to COVID-19, the Chinese government has decided to send medical teams to Ethiopia and Burkina Faso to share anti-epidemic experience, provide guidance and technical advice to the medical and health institutions of the two countries, and enhance their epidemic prevention and control capabilities.
中国和非洲是长期患难与共的好兄弟。在中国疫情防控形势艰难时刻，非洲国家向中国提供了宝贵支持，我们对此铭记在心。中方密切关注非洲疫情防控形势，克服困难向非洲联盟和所有建交非洲国家分批提供了抗疫物资援助，双方专家开展多次视频交流，许多中国地方省市、企业、民间机构也积极提供抗疫物资支持。这些都是构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体的真实写照。中方愿同非洲国家加强合作，携手取得抗疫最终胜利。
China and Africa have been good brothers sharing weal and woe for a long time. We will not forget that in our darkest hours, African countries provided valuable support to us. China follows closely the situation in Africa and has provided anti-epidemic materials in batches to the African Union and all African countries that have established diplomatic ties with China, despite our own difficulties. Experts from the two sides have h e l d multiple video conferences and Chinese provinces, cities, businesses and civil groups have also provided supplies to Africa . All these are vivid examples of China and Africa working together to build a closer community with a shared future. China is ready to strengthen cooperation with African countries to achieve the ultimate victory in fighting the epidemic.

On April 14, the Special ASEAN Plus Three Summit on COVID-19 was successfully held. Premier Li Keqiang attended the summit and delivered important remarks. He shared China's experience in coordinating epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development and put forward such proposals as enhancing epidemic cooperation and policy coordination and revitalizing economic growth, which were endorsed by other participants.

APT countries committed to mitigate the pandemic's socioeconomic impact, maintain essential movement of people including business travels, sustain supply chain connectivity and support economic development.
会议进一步强化了地区国家合作意识，提振了合作信心，明确了合作方向。中方愿与各方保持密切合作，积极落实会议共识，采取切实有效行动，早日战胜疫情，恢复地区经济活力。
The summit further strengthened regional countries' cooperation, boosted shared confidence and identified the joint course forward.
