On second question, to my knowledge, the Chinese survey ship is conducting normal activities in waters under Chinese jurisdiction. There was no such "standoff" as you mentioned. Currently situation in the South China Sea is basically stable. Relevant parties should exercise self-restraint and avoid taking actions complicating the situation or escalating disputes.
