毛宁近日，王毅外长先后同俄罗斯、伊朗、法国和阿曼外长通话，阐明中方立场，积极劝和阻战。
Mao Ning In the recent phone calls with Russian, Iranian, French and Omani foreign ministers, Foreign Minister Wang Yi articulated China’s position and actively worked to promote peace and stop the conflict.
王毅外长指出，美国和以色列在伊美谈判进程中对伊朗发动袭击不可接受，公然击杀一个主权国家领导人、鼓动政权更迭不可接受，这些行为都违反了国际法和国际关系基本准则。中方的立场是：第一，立即停止军事行动；第二，尽快重回对话谈判；第三，共同反对单边行径。
Foreign Minister Wang Yi pointed out that it is unacceptable for the U.S. and Israel to launch attacks against Iran in the process of the ongoing Iran-U.S. negotiations, still less to blatantly attack and kill the leader of a sovereign country and instigate government change. These actions have violated international law and basic norms of international relations. The following is China’s position: first, immediately stop the military operations; second, return to dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible; third, jointly oppose unilateral actions.
王毅外长强调，中方支持伊朗捍卫主权安全、领土完整和民族尊严，维护自身正当合法权益。中方重视海湾各国正当诉求，支持海湾国家维护好自身主权和国家安全。大国不能凭借军事优势任意攻击他国，世界不能退回到丛林法则。国际社会对任何违反国际法的行为，都应予以抵制，要共同捍卫国际关系基本准则。中方将继续发挥建设性作用，包括在联合国安理会平台主持公道，争取和平，制止战争。
Foreign Minister Wang Yi stressed that China supports Iran in defending sovereignty and security, territorial integrity and national dignity and in safeguarding its own legitimate and lawful rights and interests. China takes seriously Gulf countries’ legitimate concerns and supports them in upholding their sovereignty and security. Major countries should not make use of their military advantages to arbitrarily attack other countries, and the world must not slip back to the law of the jungle. Any moves that violate international law should be resisted by the international community, and basic norms governing international relations should be jointly upheld. China will continue to play a constructive role, stand firm for justice in platforms such as the UN Security Council, work for peace, and stop the conflict.
阿纳多卢通讯社记者美国和以色列对伊朗发动军事打击后，冲突正在中东地区蔓延。据报道，以色列正同时打击伊朗及黎巴嫩，设有美军基地的周边多国也在伊朗反击中遭到攻击。中方对此有何评论？

Mao Ning The U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran have no UN Security Council authorization and violate international law. China is deeply concerned over the regional spillover. China believes that the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the Gulf states should likewise be fully respected. We urge parties to stop the military operations and prevent further spread of the conflict.

Mao Ning China is deeply saddened by the massive civilian casualties caused by U.S. and Israeli strikes against Iran. We strongly condemn that. Protection of civilians in armed conflicts is a red line and must not be violated. Indiscriminate use of force cannot be accepted. China calls on all parties to fulfill their obligations under international law, effectively ensure the safety of civilians, and avoid attacks on civilian facilities.
