我们想强调的是，菲方长期纵容默许该海警发言人炒作涉华涉海议题、煽动对抗、误导民意，甚至放肆发表直接攻击抹黑中国的荒唐言论，中方不能接受。中方再次敦促菲方立即采取有效措施消除恶劣影响，不要放任有人继续挑衅滋事、肆意妄为，以免影响双方正常外交沟通，甚至给中菲关系造成更大伤害。
