What’s China’s comment?
林剑美方对中美洲国家同中国的正常交流交往指手画脚，有关指责充满恶意、毫无根据，缺乏对中美洲国家的基本尊重，再次反映了美方对外交往中以大欺小、恃强凌弱的霸道作风，暴露出有关政客根深蒂固的意识形态偏见和冷战思维。中方对美方无端攻击抹黑、公然搞胁迫外交、干扰破坏中国同中美洲国家关系表示强烈不满，坚决反对。
Lin Jian The U.S.’s inflammatory finger-pointing at Central American countries’ exchanges and cooperation with China is entirely groundless and shows the U.S.’s complete lack of respect for Central American countries. That once again reflects how the U.S. is accustomed to bullying the “small guys” in international relations. The statement once again reveals relevant politician’s deep-seated ideological bias and Cold-War mentality. China deplores and firmly opposes the U.S.’s baseless vilification, coercive diplomacy and blatant interference and sabotage against China’s relations with Central American countries.
美方挥舞签证大棒吓不倒真正的有识之士，挡不住中国同中美洲国家关系发展的历史洪流。中国将继续与中美洲国家加强交流合作，促进当地经济社会发展，更好惠及各国人民。
Weaponizing visas will not scare off the sober-minded. Nor will it hold back the flourishing ties between China and Central American countries. China will continue to strengthen exchange and cooperation with Central American countries, contribute to the prosperity of local communities, and deliver more tangibly to their peoples.

林剑石平曾拥有中国国籍，他赴日并取得日本国籍后大肆散布虚假信息，同日本反华势力沆瀣一气，大肆攻击抹黑中国，在台湾、钓鱼岛、历史、涉藏、涉疆、涉港等问题上发表极端消极言论，当选国会议员后公然参拜靖国神社，严重违背中日四个政治文件精神和一个中国原则，严重干涉中国内政，严重损害中国主权和领土完整。针对石平上述恶劣行径，中方决定即日起对其采取反制措施。
Lin Jian Shi Ping used to be a Chinese national. After he obtained Japanese nationality in Japan, he joined those who are anti-China in Japan and has deliberately unleashed disinformation and vilification against China, by making egregiously nefarious comments on Taiwan, Diaoyu Dao, historic issues, Xizang, Xinjiang and Hong Kong. After being elected a member of Japan’s National Diet, he visited and paid respect to Yasukuni Shrine. What he did seriously violated the principles of the four political documents between China and Japan and the one-China principle, constituted grave interference in China’s internal affairs, and undermined China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. In response to his actions, China has decided to take countermeasures against Shi Ping, effective as of today.
我要指出的是，石平为了一己私利数典忘祖、出卖良知，勾连反华势力挑衅滋事，中方反制措施是对石平之流的强力惩戒和严厉警示。卖祖求荣只会自食恶果。
Let me point out that Shi Ping, for his selfish agenda, has betrayed his ancestors and conscience by joining anti-China forces in making provocations and troubles. China’s countermeasures are aimed to warn and hold to account Shi Ping and his kind. There are consequences for such dishonorable deeds.
