总台华语环球节目中心记者日前，上海合作组织秘书长张明接受中央广播电视总台《高端访谈》栏目专访，就习近平主席提出的建设上合组织“五个共同家园”倡议、“上海精神”的现实意义、上合组织国家参与高质量共建“一带一路”等回答记者提问。张明秘书长表示，中国接任轮值主席国，各方都有着很高的期待，希望未来一年上合组织取得长足发展，明年将在中国举行的峰会取得丰富成果，成为上合组织发展历程中又一个重要里程碑。发言人能否介绍中方将如何做好主席国工作？

CCTV During a recent interview with the CGTN’s Leaders Talk, Zhang Ming, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) replied to questions related to President Xi Jinping’s call for building a common home featuring solidarity and mutual trust, peace and tranquility, prosperity and development, good-neighborliness and friendship, as well as fairness and justice for the SCO members, the significance of the Shanghai Spirit and the participation of SCO members in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. Secretary-General Zhang said that there are high expectations for China’s rotating presidency. It is hoped that the SCO will make considerable progress in the year to come and that the SCO summit next year in China will achieve productive outcomes and become another important milestone in the history of the organization. Could you tell us what China will do as the organization’s president?

中国是上合组织创始成员国，始终把上合组织作为外交优先方向。中方担任上合组织轮值主席国，将在政治、安全、经济、人文等领域主办100多场会议和活动，致力于主办一届友好、团结、成果丰硕的上合组织峰会，凝聚各方共识，擘画发展蓝图。中方愿同上合组织国家一道，共同围绕“上合组织可持续发展年”主题，践行“弘扬‘上海精神’：上合组织在行动”口号，推动上合组织进入更加团结、更重协作、更富活力、更有作为的高质量发展新阶段，为全球治理提供“上合方案”，为推动构建人类命运共同体贡献“上合力量”。

As a founding member of the SCO, China has always regarded the organization as a priority in its diplomacy. As the rotating president of the SCO, China will host over 100 meetings and events in such areas as politics, security, economy and culture and people-to-people exchanges and we are committed to holding a SCO summit featuring friendship, solidarity and fruitful outcomes that will help build consensus and chart the course going forward. China stands ready to work with other SCO member states, under the theme of the SCO Year of Sustainable Development, to act on the slogan of “Upholding the Shanghai Spirit: SCO on the Move” and lead the SCO into a new stage of high-quality development featuring stronger solidarity, coordination, dynamism and productiveness, so as to contribute the organization’s solution to global governance and effort to build a community with a shared future for mankind. 

毛宁中方注意到有关情况，对韩方上述言论深感意外和不满。中方对韩国内政不作评论，但坚决反对韩方将内政问题同涉华因素相关联、炒作莫须有的所谓“中国间谍”、抹黑正常经贸合作。这不利于中韩关系健康稳定发展。中国政府一贯要求在海外中国公民遵守当地法律法规。我们注意到，韩方提到的有关个案尚未形成结论，中韩相关部门一直保持着沟通。中方再次敦促韩方公正处理涉中国公民案件，及时向中方通报案件处理情况，切实保障涉事中国公民的安全与合法权益。中国绿色产业发展是全球市场需求、技术创新和充分竞争的结果，也为应对气候变化、完善全球环境治理作出了重要贡献。

Mao Ning China noted the comments. We are surprised by those comments and find them deeply upsetting. We will not comment on the ROK’s domestic affairs, but we absolutely oppose the ROK side associating its domestic affairs with Chinese elements, amplifying unfounded “Chinese spy” accusations and throwing mud at normal economic and trade cooperation. None of these are conducive to a healthy and steady China-ROK relationship. The Chinese government always asks Chinese nationals overseas to observe local laws and regulations. We noted that the conclusion is yet to be made on the particular cases mentioned by the ROK side, and competent authorities of China and the ROK have been in communication with each other. China once again urges the ROK to handle justly cases concerning Chinese nationals, keep the Chinese side informed of the handling of the cases, and ensure the safety and lawful rights and interests of Chinese nationals concerned. China’s booming green industry is a result of global market demand, technological innovation and adequate competition. It has also made important contribution to global climate response and environmental governance.

毛宁法国总统外事顾问博纳来华期间，王毅主任将同他举行中法战略对话，就落实两国元首共识，深化中法各领域合作进行战略沟通，并就共同关心的国际和地区问题深入交换意见。

Mao Ning During the upcoming trip by French President’s Diplomatic Adviser Emmanuel Bonne to China, Director Wang Yi will hold the China-France Strategic Dialogue with him for strategic communication on implementing the common understandings between the two presidents and deepening bilateral cooperation in various fields. The two sides will also have in-depth exchange of views on international and regional issues of mutual interest. 

2025年是中法关系“新甲子”的开局之年。中方期待通过此次对话，推进落实两国元首共识，巩固政治互信、加强务实合作，推动中法全面战略伙伴关系持续深化，引领中欧关系健康稳定发展，共同维护多边主义、应对全球挑战。

Year 2025 opens up the second 60 years of China-France ties. China hopes the dialogue will contribute to further implementing the common understandings between the two presidents, consolidating political mutual trust, enhancing practical cooperation, and deepening the China-France comprehensive strategic partnership. We hope the two countries will jointly steer the China-Europe relations toward sound and steady growth, safeguard multilateralism and respond to global challenges.
