毛宁今天上午，李强总理在首尔与韩国总统尹锡悦、日本首相岸田文雄共同出席第九次中日韩领导人会议。在中日韩合作机制建立25周年之际，时隔4年多再次举行三国领导人会议具有重要意义，标志着三国合作的重启和再出发。
Mao Ning This morning, Premier Li Qiang, ROK President Yoon Suk Yeol and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida jointly attended the ninth Trilateral Summit Meeting among China, Japan and the ROK in Seoul. As the trilateral cooperation mechanism marks its 25th anniversary, to hold the trilateral summit meeting among the ROK, Japan and China again after more than four years is highly meaningful and symbolizes the resumption and a new start for the trilateral cooperation.
中方始终高度重视中日韩合作。李强总理在领导人会议上就深化合作提出五点建议：一是推动合作全面重启，尊重彼此核心利益与重大关切，充分激活合作存量，稳步培育增量，形成双边关系和三国合作相互促进。二是深化经贸互联互通，维护产业链供应链稳定畅通，尽早恢复并完成中日韩自贸协定谈判。三是引领科技创新合作，加强协同创新和前沿领域合作。四是拉紧人文交流纽带，以举办中日韩文化交流年为契机，推动三国人民实现从“居相邻”到“心相通”。五是努力促进可持续发展，加强低碳转型、气候变化、老龄化和应对流行病等领域交流合作，发掘和开展更多“中日韩+X”合作项目。
China attaches great importance to China-Japan-ROK cooperation. Premier Li Qiang put forward a five-point proposal to deepen the trilateral cooperation. First, fully resume China-Japan-ROK cooperation. The three countries need to respect each other’s core interests and major concerns, fully unleash cooperation potential, nurture new cooperation and make our bilateral relations and trilateral cooperation mutually reinforcing. Second, deepen economic and trade connectivity. The three countries need to keep industrial and supply chains stable and unimpeded, and restart and complete negotiations on a China-Japan-ROK FTA as soon as possible. Third, champion cooperation in technology innovation. The three countries need to strengthen collaborative innovation and cooperation in frontier areas. Fourth, forge closer bonds for people-to-people and cultural exchange. The three countries need to seize the opportunity of the China-Japan-ROK Year of Cultural Exchange to promote heart-to-heart amity as close neighbors. Fifth, advance sustainable development. The three countries need to step up exchange and cooperation on low-carbon transition, climate change, aging societies and response to epidemics, and explore and develop more China-Japan-ROK+X Cooperation projects.
中方愿以此次领导人会议为契机，同韩方、日方一道，加强战略沟通，深化政治互信，展现新担当、新作为，推动中日韩合作行稳致远，为地区繁荣稳定作出更大贡献。
China stands ready to take this summit meeting as an opportunity to work with the ROK and Japan to strengthen strategic communication, deepen political trust, demonstrate a new sense of responsibility and commitment, promote steady and sustained China-Japan-ROK cooperation and make greater contribution to regional stability and prosperity.

What’s the Foreign Ministry’s comment on the G7 finance ministers’ criticism of its behaviors?
毛宁具体问题建议向中方主管部门进一步了解。我想说的是，过去40多年中国经济取得的成功，是改革开放的成功，也是市场机制作用和政府作用有效结合的成功。中方不接受七国集团单方面认定所谓“非市场政策和措施”标准。事实上，少数西方国家针对特定国家、特定企业采取的歧视性做法才是真正的非市场行为，构成了“对市场的扭曲”。
Mao Ning I’d refer you to competent Chinese authorities for anything specific. Let me just say that China’s economic success over the past 40-plus years is the success of reform and opening up, and the success of the effective combination of market and government. China does not accept G7’s unilateral criteria of “non-market policies and practices.” It is the discriminatory practices of a handful of Western countries targeting particular countries and businesses that are the real “non-market practices” and “distortive policies.”
