Leaders of the world reaffirmed their firm commitment to the one-China principle, and they are glad to see China’s steady progress in sustainable development. The traditional virtues of the Chinese people including sincerity, kindness and enthusiasm continue to be strengthened as part of the national spirit. They wish the Chinese people an auspicious and prosperous year. In the Year of the Dragon, China will strive for continued progress with strength, wisdom and innovation and make impressive achievements on the international stage.
