The ruling has no factual ground and is legally untenable. It is in the common interests of the international community to enhance enforcement and judicial cooperation and jointly combat cross-border crimes. China has successfully carried out enforcement and judicial cooperation, including extradition, with many countries, and will continue to work with the rest of the international community to jointly combat cross-border crimes and promote personnel, economic and trade exchanges.
