汪文斌昨天我们已经介绍了相关立场。我愿在此重申，香港是法治社会，有法必依、违法必究。黎智英是反中乱港事件的主要策划者和参与者，是反华势力的“代理人”和“马前卒”，是香港乱局的幕后推手。香港特区执法部门秉公办案，司法机关依法审理，合情合理合法。对香港国安法污蔑抹黑、干扰破坏的图谋绝不会得逞。

Jimmy Lai is a major mastermind and participant of the anti-China riots in Hong Kong. He is an agent and pawn of the anti-China forces, and the person behind the previous instability in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong law enforcement and judicial authorities have handled and tried the case in accordance with the law. This is fully justified, legitimate and lawful. Attempts to smear, disturb and sabotage Hong Kong’s national security law will not succeed.

同时我们主张海上分歧不是中菲关系的全部，中方愿同菲方通过对话协商妥善管控分歧，不会关上同菲方对话接触的大门。希望菲方作出正确选择，把对话协商妥处分歧的承诺落到实处，同中方相向而行，共同致力于双边关系健康稳定发展，维护地区和平稳定。
