Mao Ning We noted the significant amount of attention the US decision has drawn internationally. Many countries have been very explicit about their opposition to it. The irresponsible provision of cluster munitions is highly likely to cause humanitarian issues. Humanitarian concerns and legitimate military and security needs should be addressed in a balanced manner, and the transfer of cluster munitions should be treated with prudence and restraint.
中方始终认为，对话谈判是解决乌克兰危机的唯一可行出路。有关方面不应当拱火浇油，激化矛盾，使乌克兰危机进一步恶化。
China always believes that dialogue and negotiation is the only viable way out of the Ukraine crisis. Parties concerned should not add fuel to the flame and escalate the tensions, which will make the Ukraine crisis even worse.
