国务委员兼外长王毅将于7月28日至29日出席在乌兹别克斯坦召开的上海合作组织成员国外长理事会会议。在此前后，王毅国务委员兼外长将应乌兹别克斯坦代外长诺罗夫、吉尔吉斯斯坦外长库鲁巴耶夫、塔吉克斯坦外长穆赫里丁邀请，对三国进行正式访问。

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will attend the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to be held in Uzbekistan on July 28 and 29. Before and after this meeting, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will pay official visits to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan upon the invitation of Acting Foreign Minister Norov Vladimir Imamovich of Uzbekistan, Foreign Minister Kulubaev Zheenbek Moldokanovich of Kyrgyzstan and Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin of Tajikistan.

赵立坚乌兹别克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦三国都是中国的友好近邻和全面战略伙伴。今年是中国同三国建交30周年，也是上合组织宪章签署20周年和成员国睦邻友好合作条约签署15周年。当前，受各种内外因素影响，中亚地区局势面临新挑战。地区各国普遍希望同中国深化合作，共谋发展，共促安全，也期待上合组织突出新作为、展现新担当。

Zhao Lijian Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are all friendly neighbors and comprehensive strategic partners of China. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the three countries, the 20th anniversary of the signing of the SCO Charter and the 15th anniversary of the Treaty on Long-term Good Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation among SCO member states. Currently, the situation in Central Asia is facing new challenges due to various internal and external factors. Regional countries share the hope to deepen cooperation with China, jointly pursue development and promote security, and look forward to more SCO contributions and commitments.

出访期间，王毅国务委员兼外长将会见三国领导人，同三国外长举行会谈，就双边关系及共同关心的国际和地区问题交换意见。王毅国务委员兼外长还将出席上海合作组织外长会议等多边活动，同其他与会成员国外长全面筹备今年上合组织撒马尔罕峰会。相信此访将全面落实习近平主席同各国领导人达成的重要共识，深化双、多边各领域互利合作，推动共建“一带一路”合作走深走实，为维护地区和平稳定、促进各国繁荣发展作出新贡献。

During the visit, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet with the leaders and have talks with the foreign ministers of the three countries to exchange views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of shared interest. State Councilor Wang will attend the SCO foreign ministers’ meeting and other multilateral events, and make full preparations for the SCO Samarkand Summit later this year with other foreign ministers of SCO member states. We believe this visit will fully implement the important common understandings among President Xi Jinping and leaders of other SCO countries, deepen bilateral and multilateral mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas, promote strong and solid Belt and Road cooperation, and make new contribution to regional peace and stability and countries’ development and prosperity.

Zhao Lijian The meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will be held in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan, on July 28 and 29. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will exchange views with foreign ministers of other member states on issues of shared interest including international and regional situation and SCO cooperation in various areas to make full preparation for the SCO Summit later this year.

当前，百年变局与世纪疫情相互叠加，冷战思维和霸权主义抬头，世界进入新的动荡变革期。中方愿同各方一道，加强团结互信，深化高质量共建“一带一路”合作，落实全球发展倡议和全球安全倡议，构建更加紧密的上合组织命运共同体。

At present, our world has entered a new period of volatility and transformation with the combined impact of major changes and a pandemic both unseen in a century, and the resurgence of Cold War mentality and hegemony. China is ready to work with all parties to strengthen solidarity and mutual trust, deepen high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, implement the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative, and forge an even closer SCO community with a shared future.
