First, China's capital market is opening up at a faster rate, according greater convenience for international investors to purchase Chinese shares. Being excluded from some international indexes will not prevent international investors from investing in these companies through other means and from reaping dividends from China's development.
第二，中方坚决反对美国政府无端打压中国企业，有关行径严重违背美方一贯标榜的市场竞争原则和国际经贸规则，必将损害各国投资者利益，也会损害美国国家利益和自身形象。
Second, China firmly opposes the U.S. administration's unjustified crack-down on Chinese companies. Their actions are a far cry from their self-professed image of championing market competition and international trade rules, which will be detrimental to the interests of investors from all countries and the national interests and image of the United States.
中方敦促美国政府停止将经贸问题政治化，停止滥用国家力量、泛化国家安全概念打压外国企业的错误行为。中国政府将继续坚定维护中国企业的正当合法权益。
China urges the U.S. administration to stop politicizing trade issues and stop abusing its state power and national security concept to suppress foreign companies. The Chinese government will continue to firmly uphold the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies.

At this year's UNGA session in September, President Xi Jinping made the solemn commitment that China will aim to peak its carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060. At this Climate Ambition Summit, he announced four new measures to scale up China's nationally determined contributions, outlining how we will approach the goal of peaking emissions before 2030 and consolidating the foundation for achieving carbon neutrality before 2060. This fully demonstrated China's firm resolve to advance the full and effective implementation of the Paris Agreement with a down-to-earth attitude. We stand ready to work with the international community to ensure the effective implementation of Paris Agreement targets and to contribute to global climate actions.
