关于第二个问题，王毅国务委员兼外长几天前在联合国安理会巴勒斯坦问题视频公开会上发表讲话时，再次阐明了中方在有关问题上的立场。正如王毅国务委员所说，采取单边行动，只会进一步加深矛盾，损害互信。定居点问题是关系到巴勒斯坦问题最终地位谈判的核心议题之一，安理会对定居点建设违反国际法也早有明确定性。应当根据联合国有关决议尽快解决约旦河西岸被占领土问题，并通过和平谈判划定巴以最终边界。中方呼吁有关各方坚持和谈战略选择，珍惜既有对话成果，不要采取导致巴以矛盾激化的行动。

On your second question, a few days ago in his remarks at the Security Council open VTC on the Middle East, including the Palestinian question, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi once again made clear China's position. As he  said, taking unilateral actions will only aggravate tensions and undermine mutual trust. The issue of settlements is a key item of the final status talks. The Security Council has long made it clear that the establishment of those settlements constitutes violation of international law. The question of occupied territories in the West Bank should be resolved as early as possible based on relevant UN resolutions, and the final Palestine-Israel border delineated through peace talks. China calls on all relevant parties to remain committed to the strategic choice of peace talks, cherish the outcomes of previous talks, and refrain from actions that may intensify tensions between Palestine and Israel.

赵立坚中方已就日方涉港消极动向表明严正立场。香港事务纯属中国内政，不容外来干预。从国家层面建立健全香港特区维护国家安全的法律制度和执行机制，本来就是“一国两制”的体现，也是为了确保“一国两制”方针行稳致远，维护香港繁荣稳定，得到了包括香港同胞在内的全体中国人民以及国际社会多数国家的拥护和支持。中方坚决反对任何国家以任何方式干预香港事务和中国内政。

Zhao Lijian China has stated our solemn position on Japan's negative response to Hong Kong-related matters. Hong Kong affairs are entirely China ' s  internal affairs that allow no foreign interference. Establishing and improving a legal framework and enforcement mechanisms for safeguarding national security in Hong Kong is in itself an embodiment of "one country, two systems" . It is  to ensure the steady implementation of this principle as well as the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong, which has been endorsed by all Chinese people, including our compatriots in Hong Kong, and most countries in the world. China firmly opposes the interference in  Hong Kong affairs and China's internal affairs by any country through any means.

赵立坚中方对印方有关公告表示强烈关注，正在了解核实情况。我想强调，中国政府一贯要求中国企业在遵守国际规则和当地法律法规的基础上开展对外合作。印度政府有责任根据市场原则，维护包括中国企业在内国际投资者的合法权益。中印两国在务实领域的合作是互利共赢的，这种合作格局受到人为损害，实际上并不符合印方自己的利益。

Zhao Lijian China has noted the press release issued by the Indian side with strong concern and is now verifying the situation. I want to stress that the Chinese government consistently asks Chinese enterprises to abide by international rules and local laws and regulations when conducting  external cooperation. The Indian government has the  responsib ility to protect the legitimate rights and interests of international investors in India, including Chinese businesses, in accordance with market principles. Practical cooperation between China and India is mutual ly  benefi cial . D eliberate interference in such cooperation will not serve the interests of the Indian side.
